Extra-terrestrial Lifeform Evolt (地球外生命体 エボルト Chikyūgai Seimeitai Eboruto) was a member of the Blood Tribe who manipulated the power of Pandora Box, a powerful Blood Tribe weapon to annihilate the civilization of Mars and was the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Build. He initially operated on Earth using the body of Soichi Isurugi, the astronaut who discovered the Pandora Box on Mars, planned to annihilate the Earth in the same way he did Mars, and masterminded the division of Japan, causing the Japanese Civil War to break out. During his first lookouts on Faust, he had received and used the Transteam Gun to transform into Blood Stalk until he regained his lost Evol-Driver and used his Evolbottles to transform into Kamen Rider Evol, gaining new Evolbottles with each person he possessed. His first later possession came to be Ryuga Banjo before being separated and forcibly absorbed into Sento Kiryu. Soon after achieving his final form, he regained his physical body but continued to take the appearance of Soichi Isurugi, and occasionally Masakuni Mido for public appearances. In his final standoff with the Kamen Riders, he revealed his true form to the general public but continued to take on Soichi's appearance in the Riders' presence, most likely out of habit. He was ultimately killed in the final battle by Kamen Rider Build for good. After his defeat and death, his older brother came to Earth looking for revenge.

Powers and Abilities[]
Black Hole Manipulation - Evolt can create, shape and manipulate black holes, a region of space time where gravity prevents anything, including light, from escaping.
Black Hole Attacks - Evolt can release/use black holes for attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc.
