Eugene Ottinger is a major character in the 2022 Netflix TV Show Wednesday. He is a student at Nevermore who becomes close friends with Wednesday Addams. He also has psychic powers allowing him to control bees.

The Streaming Resistance run into Eugene, who Wednesday has been keeping in contact during her time in Royal Woods, and he has been trying to tell her and Enid that Nevermore is habitable again. He has been suspicious of this himself
He also manages to discover something when it came to this effect in the spots of the collider Spot had and this was all a set up for a pruning at the hands of something to do with the time continuem that was slowed down due to what happened here.
He tried to tell Wednesday about this but was blocked out constantly in part to someone trying to stop this from happening.
Lydia, Lincoln, Amy, Truman, Larke and Bruce all return to Nevermore as they discuss what the former two have engaged them selves in and the double life lifestyle. This is when Nate, Dee Dee, Erica, Will, Eugene and Neuman approach the returning 6 about what they found out about Nevermore.

After The heroes all returned they all discusss the unusalness of Nevermore's Recovery as an universe this is a bit of a unusality espeically for Will and The Robot who are a little saddened to see that Wednesday can just move back to the universe as they legitmately liked having her with them and this is agreed by Lincoln and Lydia who also took the time to really get to know her.
Eugene tells the heroes that he can stay while they go to figure out the rest of the situation and he can help some help with Wednesday and Enid. Amy, Lincoln, Will and Lydia discuss the situation with Cobra Kai among themselves and considering how they were affected, being they will have to go where zombies are evident. Lincoln and Lydia immediately have an idea and discuss this with Neuman, Dustin, Bruce and Selina as they have some idea of this on this themselves especially Dustin
Eugene, Will and Amy with Neuman, Dustin, Bruce and Selina all approach Lincoln and Lydia as they do their own practicing saying if they're doing being playful they have decided to take the two up on their end to go to where they have in mind. They just need to wait for Mrs.Frizzle to finish repairs. Rave is assisting with doing the work. Eugene decides to stay around to see if there is anything needed to be done.
He is later visited by Fox Mulder and Dana Scully and Eugene informs the two of what he does on the petrifcation of Hilda and her family as well as what happened with Lydia and Lincoln. Scully discovers his powers as well as Mulder continues to look around. Upon learning that they were tailed by Gunmar and Angor Rot, Eugene joins Enid, Anders and The agents to pursue them.
Part 8[]
He gets ambushed by Angor Rot and the Gumms Gumms and is forced to live his worst fears like his allies. Once Daniel helps snap him out of it, he summons his bees to go after the Gumms Gumms which helps the others get past the trolls. When The Trolls do escape, he learns and records what is going on with Hilda and her family and what Toby knows on it before deciding to stick with Mulder, Scully and Anders despite the Streaming Resistance's arrival.
Part 9[]
On the suggestion of his allies, Eugene heads to Arcadia and studies up what will be needed if they are to save Hilda from what the Gumms Gumms have in mind, he is eventually able to discover there is a way to save them and informs his allies of it and when Anders shows his distrust of changlings, he just tells Anders he has to put that aside to save his kid. When The Gumms Gumms come knocking, he uses his bees to deal with the Gumms Gumms and decides to secretly deal with the Janus Order to get a good deal out of what they will need to help out with the situation.
Chapter 4[]
He gets involved, in the next part in the mission to try and look into what Victoria Neuman has been doing and where she is after her disappearance.
Chapter 5[]
Eugene helps the rest of the Resistance save Jim, Blinky and Claire from N.Tropy and decides to use the bees to mess up the base so they can try to keep them from their plans. This in spite of already knowing N.Tropy had already fired off the Reality Warping Weapon.
Chapter 6[]
He nearly gets killed by Urcumuu and placed into an hospital as a result of the battle. Wednesday does check on him before investigating some of Neuman's work so they can discover what she has in the connections to the guy who unleashed Urcumuu.
Book 3: Culmination[]
Eugene returns with the rest of the Resistance to help Lincoln Loud and Lydia Lopez deal with the aftermath of their loved ones being killed and to finish the job against N.Tropy, his alternate counterpart and their henchmen.
Book 4: Falling Climax[]
Euegne help The Streaming Resistance deal with N.TRopy and his forces to save the multiverse.
