Ethan James is a character from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
He is portrayed by Kevin Duhaney.
Ethan is the nerd of the Dino Thunder Rangers, often found on a computer or video gaming. He is smart, sarcastic, and isn't afraid to stand up for himself when pushed. He shares some similarities to eventual preceeding Power Ranger Billy Cranston: both being Blue Rangers, considered computer geeks, and have Zords modeled after the Triceratops.
By the year 2025, Ethan has developed most of the tech and equipment currently used by S.P.D.
Ethan serves as the Blue Dino Thunder Ranger.

Fire Rebellion Storyline[]
After Agent Michigan retired from his duties as the Commanding Officer of Luna's Royal Guard, Ethan volunteered to lead until an actual replacement can be appointed that isn't a member of Mich's family (as his son, Daniel, is considered royalty).
Fire Rebellion Reboot Storyline[]
Ethan serves as the new head of WOOHP beginning in the year 2020. Some of the tech and gadgets used by WOOHP since 2017 were developed by Ethan himself.
