Philip Wittebane is the ruler of the Boiling Isles, and founder of the Coven system also known as Emperor Belos.

Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]

Emperor Belos is the main antagonist alongside Vecna of Chang's Guide to The Galaxy and the most prominent of the 3 central antagonists. Belos is out to accomplish his goals once more and is out to eliminate the one who the prophecy he reads will in some respect bring his plans downs in smoke. He is also Luz's Archenemy as well.

Belos has some history with Ford Pines as well as Toffee from last time similar again to Bill Cipher and Omni Man before him. He brings in Mina Loveberry as Mina is the nemesis of who he needs to get rid of.

Prologue[]

Belos and Mina are present obeserving a prophecy regarding what Belos has gathered a army of mostly magic villains. Belos learns that there their plans will indeed succeed according to what Kikmora gave to him regarding instructions. However Belos learns that his plans will fail if a human get involved, spefically A Chosen One is around of robotics and magic with a side dose of an all loving nature towards monsters/animals.

The Villains present, Dagmar, Becky, Cloyd, Erik Alberg, Bianca, Rowena, Tzekel-Kan, Phantom Blot, The Sorceress, Odalia, Kikmora and Carmilla are all present, WIth Mina as well

Mina is aware of someone who fits that discription and she reveals to Belos that this chosen one is the apprentice of her advesrary Queen Eclpisa to her knowledge. A Girl known as Sidney Chang who hails from Great Lakes City, though has been known to hang in the Boiling Isles

Belos decides he must take no risks what so ever, and orders Mina to kill Sidney Chang to prevent her attempt to stop them, before she realizes what she can to do. Mina brings in Phantom Blot, Kikmora, Odalia, Sorceress and Carmilla with her. Belos also hangs Mina a phone to contact an assassin to do the job as well.

Odalia is more interesting in using their connections to bring down another empire, as she wants revenge on the empire that ruined her entriely, blaming it for her assocation with M.A.L.I.C.E, her family wanting nothing to do with her, and for being exposed further by them. Belos tells Odalia that his goal is more important than her petty revenge and he got her out spefically to help him with his plans and gave her magic back for this. He tells her not to dissapoint her as a result

Realizing Sid as well as the Human Luz also have ties to Team Free Will He sends Queen Dagmar, Becky and Cloyd, The Ghost Council/Chairman, Erik Alberg, Bianca Dupree, Rowena, Tzekel-Kan to go after the team as well to cover his tracks in the event he needs. Belos then dismisses his coven heads other than his allies as he heads to the a secret room.

Emperor Belos contacts Vecna stating that their plan is going accordingly. Vecna feels that it isn't enough and that he needs a Demogorgon as well to target the heroes and has a portal open up to send a Demogrgon through it.

Belos and Vecna discuss the heroes and that may seem small, but they have managed to best Toffee and Bill Cipher who were Belos's rivals in his plans. Vecna admits also that his avatar was even defeated by them as well and those kids also closed down The Upside Portal in Russia as well as well as preventing him from getting revenge on the foolish doctor. Belos feels he may not have much in challenge but also must keep his eye alert.

Vecna states he will Remake Earth in his own vision as a planet uninhabited by humans by wiping out humanity. Belos reminds him that he won't be able to unless he kills people with repressed trauma in order to open the gates to the Upside Down and merge the realms together.

Vecna and Belos decide they must find people who have this or even enemies with this so Vecna can accomplish this. Belos reminds him that Vecna shall hold up his end too.

Chapter 1[]

Belos is sasitifed that now the others know of his attack, now he can make the next move unhindered. Belos has been revealed to have found a way to heal his "condition" he has and has his eyes set on the Dragon Guardian of Loch Loud. When questioned by Erik and Odalia on this, Belos states it's like a tailsman like the ones in The Boiling Isles. He must kill it in order to use the essence for himself.

Emperor Belos, Tezkel Kan, The Chairman, Phantom Blot, Odalia, John Rainbird, Erik Alberg, Queen Dagmar, Becky, Cloyd and Bianca have arrived in Loch Loud and it turns that have indeed become aware of what magic lies in Loch Loud. Belos feels that in order to accomplish what is needed, they must take a pratical approach and eliminate what magic there is here.

Phantom Blot steps up to do this and Belos states he'll have his time. First thing is first he needs their attention and inquires the Chairman to do so. Belos, Dagmar, Becky, Cloyd and Odalia decide that they must attack on that point, Erik Alberg and Bianca decide to come along. Rainbird and Tezkel Kan will help The Blot with his end as Belos is aware that the heroes are not alone and he must get the tasks done as said.

Belos sends off his henchman and decides to talk to Vecna and learns that Vecna has set a trap for a few of the heroes of his own. Belos doesn't inquire what Vecna has in mind as long as it allows him to move foward

Belos invades Ford's head and and Ford calls him Phillip, which Belos is glad to hear some hear his name. Ford asks what Belos wants, Belos explains that it's been a long while since Ford has seen him in his travels. Belos believes Ford is wasting his genius on defending these people and these creatures he dubs as withces, Belos states Ford was searching for answers and found Bill Cipher just like he found the Collector to help him. They are the same as Belos puts it and yet Ford can be his side and help him with the Day of UNity. Ford states he has had Bill Cipher and Omni Man both try to win him over and that Belos won't. Belos stubborn tells Ford to hand him the Chang Girl and he'll save Ford, Ford asks what he wants with Sid. Belos wants Sid gone due to the threat she poses to him

Ford refuses to hand Sid to Belos, Belos then reminds Ford that he needs to look into his kid as she is hiding something from him from what he has heard.

Tezkel Kan, Rainbird and The Blot arrive with Emperor Belos. Ford and Belos confront each other about the matter and Ford decides to fight Belos while Anne and Hilda go to fight off Tezkel, Rainbird and The Blot while Angus, Ronnie Anne and Cricket sneak Leia out respectfully.

While Anne and Hilda are sucessful at dealing with and distracting the three villains, Belos is throwing Ford around right a rag doll and This is when Cricket, Ronnie Anne and Angus try to get to Leia almost sucessfully they are stopped by The Blot and Emperor Belos who Belos kills to heal himself like a tailsman while The Blot finds the dragon stone, and every magical item that was stored away in the depts of Loch Loud and siphens it away with a mechanical Gauntlet as Angus, Cricket and Ronnie Anne are helpless to watch

Belos overhears the plans Vecna has in mind for Hunter, Luz and Amity. Belos and the demon discuss that they will play their parts well. Belos questions Vecna if anyone is aware of who he really is and learns that no on in Team Free Will is aware but suspects that two of the heroes are catching on to him.

Rowena and Carmilla then discuss afterwards the idea to get a contact with another witch who is close to Loch Loud that wasn't Morag since Lincoln and Lydia killed her. Belos thinks back on that and questions if she can do the trick, Rowena is confident that she will be at least efficent but they will have to get an aquiantce that was sealed away. Belos decides to find The Chairman and release an old friend to do a job though The Chairman and The Council are despearte.

Chapter 2[]

On Haunted Island, The Chairman and Belos have recultantly on the Council's part relased Respac. The keeper of Haunted Island and The Council will allow Respac his freedom if he helps with Team Free Will. Respac question how can he trust them with this. Odalila, Kimora, Carmilla and Rowena then arrive with Mrs.Grungle who rules over the Haunted Island. Grungle and Respac are both willing to help Belos and The Chairman.

Belos and The Blot discuss how will this work as The Blot thinks this isn't exactly a good plan. Belos states it's his way or no way. He does state that The Chairman feeds on misery and in order to keep the ghosts on their side, unlike those wolves, it is necessary to keep them happy.

Carmilla, Kikmora, Odalia and Rowena discuss the other part of the island, Belos states that his little friend will be doing the leg work and that upon further analysis, they have found enough potential target.

Belos and the witches look at their work, Belos realizes that the 3 kids havn't been accounted for. Rowena, Miss Grungle, Respac, Jinx, The Chairman, Odalia, Kikmora and Carmilla all inquire they will do their job. Belos is messing with Ford and knows he can distract him with Grungle's plan, he is aware of Jauna is going to go save Hilda so he can use Hilda's separation to his advantage.

Jinx offers to kill the three herself, Belos states that he needs them alive for the moment. Belos decides the witches to pursue the kids and keep eyes on Jauna. Odalia and Kikmora are not happy with the assignment. Carmilla is more willing to follow with this mission and adresses them that it's what the Emperor wants. Belos condenses the two that at least Carmilla knows loyalty and Rowena will make sure that it also works. Jinx, Respac and Ms. Grungle will distract and hinder Ford and those that weren't cursed, when asked on his plan to use the others turned into monster for. Belos states he will deliver them to Mina to keep her satisified.

Vecna returns to Belos and infrom him that Hilda's curse will be do her in. The two kids are with her and the bat that saved them. Belos heads off to see his other allies in their own plan and The Soviet Demogrogon remerges and Vecna has it target the trio.

Mulder feels like Jauna may be very much on to something and decides to follow it. However Belos arrives saying and they wonder how he knows it. Jaune tells Belos where to stick it and if he has Hilda, Lincoln and Lydia let them go.

Belos admits he has no use for them at this point and he's here for him. Mulder and Scully point their guns to him, telling him to back off.

Belos uses his magic to send the two away with Mulder saving Scully from being attacked by Belos again. Jauna and Belos fight each off and Belos tries to tempt Jauna to unleash his secret on him and that he won't be able to hide it, Jauna is determined still as he fights the Emperor

Jauna continues his fight with Belos and he reists Belos's taunts to reveal the truth Belos and Jauna both know. Jauna eventually attacks Belos and sends him back, Belos takes the opporunity to just force it out and intends to use a curse to achieve it. Mulder and Scully sneak up Behind Emperor Belos and Mulder punches Belos in the mask causing him to loose control.

Belos unfazed but admires Mulder's will and decides to send some of the Coven after her. The Blot emerges and it turns out both him and Emperor Belos are banking on something so Belos can regain control over wolves

Belos states Jauna and Luz stopped it with Hilda and Joanna with his connections to the Trundle. Blot is instructed to keep Alberg from knowing this and Erik Alberg for as loud mouthed as he is is more than useful to help with their plan.

Belos observes as the Bat has escaped with the crew and states that as long as The Team doesn't know of his plans. Then nothing will be wrong at the moment, This is commented on by his coven rulers and The Magic Council. Belos states that he will insure that his idea will go to plan, He hands a ressurection tablet to Carmilla and tells her to get to work on it as he prepares for the next plan.

Kikmora asks what next and she'll do anything to please him. Belos annoyed by this, tells her that he will need something and requests her to get The Sorceress to do something for him.

Mina Loveberry and Jack Horner agree to take their own path to follow Sid, Lisa and Luz though Belos calls for Jack Horner first

Belos and Jack Horner discuss the terms of their alliance and Jack Horner's magic aritfact items pleases the Emperor. Belos considers bringing Horner to his plan for the witches and is considering him and The Blot to assist him in whatever he really has in mind.

Chapter 3[]

Vecna returns to the emperor and infroms him that the threat has been made to and that it seems that The Mountains is where they are heading. Belos is aware of this and decides to send Rainbird, Bianca, Odalia, Tezkel Kan, Queen Dagmar, Cloyd and Becky to deal with business

Dagmar states she isn't done with Bean, Belos states she will be kept in confinement and he will ensure of it to them.

Belos tells the villains to do their own thing and has Rainbird attempt to go after them. Globgor is already wounded to some extent, so they need to keep it up.

Belos and The Blot are seen working with The Head Covens on a secret plan and Belos sends the Blot to help Horner as he wants to make sure just his allies true to his real plan are aware of his plan.

He reveals that he will give the lich what he desires with what he is arranging with the covens

After The Brighton scares and bring The Blot back. Belos and his coven with The Blot and MIna put what they had the other villains do at the moutnains. It is revealed that Belos wanted to ressurect Trundle as part of his plan to go agains the heroes and Hilda in particular. He tells them that he didn't want Erik Alberg to know of this and that if he did it would hinder what his intent for his.

He is sucessful and gets Trundle's services and Belos sends the huge troll to Trolberg.

Chapter 4[]

Belos having seen that the group has arrived in Trolberg, he has Bianca, Erik, Trundle and Tezekel Kan all go after the group as planned. He instructs Trundle to gather his fellow trolls and have them attack Trolberg. Trundle agrees as he heads to the mountains to do so as Belos inquires. Erik Alberg is stocked to once again prove how much of a hero he is by dealing with trolls, though he is denied the info of knowing of Trundle, as Belos intends to set him up as Alberg is getting too close to the truth.

Belos goes to Shadow Blot and Big Jack Horner and instructs them to proceed with their plan on The Boiling Isles as he is intending on killing all the witches who oppose him and he knows there is a resistance building against them. Horner inquires on what should he use, Belos doesn't really care what he uses, as he know Blot has a Gauntlet of his own. Belos's coven allies also arrive to assist Belos in enforcing his will and Belos has Jack Horner go with them as Blot will basically kill the witches they do catchh

Belos communicates with Vecna who opened up the upside down to send Demogrogons to Trolberg. Belos states that Vecna will be freed as a result, he knows Stanford will come here to help save The Boiling Isles and that with the agents away from the group it will leave the girl vulerable. Vecna states that he intends to weaken the crew to make it easier, though he may settle for something else if needed, he also intends to use them to weaken the Hexside kids. Belos states that as long as the curse accomplishes it's job it will go accordingly

Belos observes it all from his castle, and says that everything is going accordingly to plan with Ford in The Boiling Isles that means the others can be more vulerable to what he's got in mind

Trundle instructs to Belos that he has arrived and with Ford distracted, they'll make this simple, as long as Trundle can deal with Jauna. Belos states that Jaune like Ford is a concern, but from what he knows about Jaune, Johannna and Frida are his weakness poentially

Trundle nods but questions the rest, Belos states that he will see what Ford is on to and that Lincoln and Lydia are Vecna's cocern

Belos shows up on the battlefield and goes after Eda, Lillith and Ford as Crowley is distracted by Rowena. While the trio fends better than Ford did last time, Belos still has the upper hand on them with his artifical magic and using Eda's harpy form fatique using his cult to do so. Ford saves Eda and Lillith and holds Belos at Raygun point and shoots a part of his mask off.

Belos is amused and sents Ford into Eda and Lilltith saying that he has no need to worry as he already gained something and he'll find out soon enough.

Belos states that coveneless witches are now less numerous so he has succeeded to an extent, Horner is handed another magical weapon as a reward for his work. Blot states that he lost his maigc gauntlet and it's with the heroes, Belos states that it's not like they can use it so it is not a total loss.

Belos has Horners' crew smuggle more magical items and learns of what Sid did in regards to Cloyd and Becky, this makes feel that Sid is starting to reach some amount of her potential and why he needs to get rid of her or dissect her to discover why she was involved in the prophecy so he has the Comission go after the group, as well as Odalia as she has been annoying him.

Belos also informs his associate to go after the team now and try to claim the other 3 his associate needs to kill to merge the Upside Down. Belos then excutes the witches he caught during his attack on Ford, Grime, Crowley, Eda, Lillith, Deathstroke, Gus and MIke

Chapter 5[]

Belos is aware that Slade's Empire and Bender are on to him and he decides that he needs a way to make sure they don't get any closer to stopping him as he observes his followers as such. He feels frustrated that Odalia and Carmilla are being like children in this whole ordeal. While he didn't go targetting them, he does note that they are threats to him.

He also realizes from Mina, that Sid is starting to realize her potential as well when she mentions the solarian magic that Sid absorbed from her as well. Belos feels that the prophecy he knows of might be coming way either in part to their own actions or something else.

Belos spefically decides to pay a visit to Ford, as he heads to Hawkins with Vecna, With Vecna's forces Trundle and Tezkel Kan, Belos separates Ford from the others and fights him once more. Belos again comes off victorious but Ford did manage to singe his robe, taking a personal belonging of his and did damage his mask. Belos then heads back and makes his own preparations as he acquires more wizards so he can drain them of their magic with his own day of unity as he tells Blot who questions his intents as what Sasha and Anne did manage to do what get Blot questioning some things.

Chapter 6[]

Belos arrives in the Castlevania Universe with his Coven heads and then begin working on the draining spell as Belos tells to himself and has Vecna do his own thing.Communcating with Jack Horner and The Blot, he decides to also target Sid, Bender, Anti Comso, Marcy, Luz, Eclpisa and Slade after his business here. He does realize that thanks to Odalia's actions, he now has more on his plate than he expected and makes his displeasure about The Blight Matriarch clear.

Belos decides he needs a guiena pig for his spell, and settles for Rowena who he does this to in front of Lincoln who he makes his presence to.Belos meets him and Lydia in the flesh and proceeds to show why he's in charge though he doesn't leave without some personal injury which intriques Belos to how a girl like that can have assess to the sacred stones of Marvel. Knowing that's Vecna's thing, he decides to just get back to his plan, and He informs Horner and The Blot of the success of the spell, though it could use work and decides to work against Vecna behind his back due to his hate of humans going as far as it does.

Belos possesses Hunter stealthfully at the temple and then keeps himself quiet as Sid and Luz go through the temple to find an artifact to help lead the Calamity Box's blue gem. He then reveals himself to them, Bender, Anti Cosmo, Slade, Libby, Jessie Wells, Vee and Captain Hero with his men. Belos goes up against Luz, Vee and Hero and takes advantage of Luz's unwillingness to hurt Hunter, he does get his beat butt by Captain Hero and Vee drains his magic which Belos then sends the latter flying.

This accidentally completes Sid's transformation to a witch, something he was trying to stop and he and Mina decide to retreat. Belos feels that they caused their own prophecy to emerge, Belos states that he will have to settle for his plan now. Belos decides to use the draining spell up to work, realizing Mina and The Royal High Comission are still needed, he decides not to drain them yet. Horner and Blot and the others meet back saying that they are going after to have more to deal with it, Belos states he has put this into account.

Chapter 7[]

He has Mina lead a coup on Hexside and it turns he's mapultiating the Collector to go after the heroes and Vecna as he is now aware of the situation he's in and decide to do so to kill King, as he's a Titan.

Chapter 8[]

Belos leads his crew into battle but drains their magic in secret so he can kill Sid and Luz. He fights them as well as Luz's mom and Vee and has a tought fight with them despite Vee's magic draining ability. He is ultimately hindered by Marcy Wu, King, Eclpisa, Lisa Loud Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade who managed to get the Collector to turn on him and has The Collector drain him and give Sid his power to ultimately kill him. Fufilling his prophecy.
