Emperor Baltan (聖帝．バルド Seitei Barudo) is the main villain and antagonist in Hero of Robots Universe. He is pilot of Demon Glutton/Demonic Glutton.
Description[]
Leader of the Holy Baltan Empire, with an extremely powerful style of leadership, he strives to conquer the entire universe, to complete a feat that has never been done by past emperors. He is very ruthless, heartless, and the most evil villain in history.
Emperor Baltan eventually got sealed and assassinated by B-Messiah, the pilot of Fallen Angel, due to his uncontrolled unleash greedy power to destroyed entire universe. Later break free from his prison in the depths of hell realm, and temporary help Earth Forces to defeat Dugeon Messiah and Viper Forces.
Relationship[]
- Baltan Messiah: Baltan Messiah is his son, at first he seem loyal against him. But after recognized that Emperor Baltan was too dangerous, Baltan Messiah decided to assassinate him and sealed him in Hellrealm prison.
- Ryo Aohono: Ryo Aohono is his youngest son, and his successor even after the empire got fallen.
- Distonos: Distonos is Emperor Baltan's son-in-law, as he is the person who married his elder daughter.
- Joe Stisso: Joe Stisso is Emperor Baltan's young sibling. Joe still cared with him together. Even used every way to break the seal, and freed him in Galaxy Epoch.
- Jeffero: Jeffero is Emperor Baltan's youngest sibling. Jeffero usually had other way to lead his army, not follow his ways. Jeffero didn't really wise with him.
- Nimbus: Nimbus is Emperor Baltan's niece. She really respects him very much, even after she got redeemed and siding with humanity.
- T-Igor: T-Igor is his servant, he really served him well.
- December: December is his former servant, once he proud of him.
