Emira Blight, also known as Em for short, is a supporting protagonist in the Disney Channel animated series The Owl House. She is the eldest child of Alador and Odalia Blight, the older twin sister of Edric Blight and the older sister of Amity Blight. She and Edric like to pull pranks on unsuspecting victims, including Amity.
While she started out as a bully to Amity, she and Ed eventually came to care for their younger sister as she handled her relationship with Luz Noceda. She also helped her siblings and Hunter fight against Emperor Belos and his coven.

Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 1[]
Edirc, Emira and Alador all managed to arrive to where Eclpisa has kept Sid, Amity, Marcy Wu, The Owl House, Globgor, Lillith and Lisa Loud and Amity is relieved to see them be safe from her mom. Alador says that they managed to escape and that Odalia told Belos about their betrayal and decided to punish all of them to get back at them, Luz, Anne, and The empire
Luz questions the empire where Amity, Gus, Willow and Hunter all tell Luz about her mom was ruined by Slade, Bender and Anti Cosmo without menitoned them by name. Alador comments that while he was on board with her intially, Alador was blackmailed by Odalia and that she tried to murder a teenage and intentionally took Amity's magic away as punishment
Edric and Emira have state this is why they decided to help further against Odalia. Marcy Wu and Hunter nod in agreement,
Marcy and The Owl House Crew think out what their go to plan is and Lisa reveals that Eclpisa told her and Sid that they are intending to head to Mewni in case.
Marcy Wu and The Hexside Gang manage to arrive and see that Sid is being pursed by Rhombolus and The Covens and that they manage to get Sid out of trouble. Marcy questions on what's going, Sid tells Marcy that what she dealt with was real. Luz is left baffled and Sid states someone took her during that night and she was nearly killed by Mina. Marcy, Luz, Sid and the Hexside Crew all proceed to take on Mina Loveberry, Rhomblous
Mason, Hettie Cutburn, Adrian Graye Vernworth, Osran, Terra Snapdragon, Vitimir are joined by The Sorcereess, Rowena, Mina, Kikmora, Carmilla who are here on Belos and Mina's behalf to kill Sid.
Marcy Wu and Luz both see how overkill that everyone is after Sid but Hunter is determined to protect the kid. When questioned by Amity and her family, Hunter addresses Sid means something to Luz and Luz makes him feel like family. Sid, Luz, Marcy Wu, Willow, Gus, Hunter, Eldrric, Emira and Alador all proceed to engage with all the forces and while everyone is doing their darnest to put a good fight and do score a lot of hits in.
It proves not to be enough with All the numbers in their favor with Kikmora's dragons and the spells all the villains know well due to expereince.
Sid, Lisa, Luz, Marcy Wu, Eda, King, Willow, Gus, Amity, Hunter, Lillith, Edric, Emira, Alador, Eclpisa, Globogr and King Andrias all manage to get on the run. King Andiras, Eclpisa and Globogr all give an assessment that it may be next to impossible to attempt to take back the kingdom with that kind of power. Eclpisa addresses that even with their kind of power, they are outnumbered by Belos's forces and Mina.
Marcy, Lisa, Globgor and the rest of the crew come up with their own route and that they must travel to the magic universes so they can acquire enough knowledge and skill on magic to take Mewni Back before dealing with Belos.
Chapter 2[]
Sid, Luz, Eclpisa, Marcy Wu, Lisa, Globgor, Amity, Alador, Edirc, Emira, Gus, Willow, Hunter, Eda, King, Lillith have all landed in the the middle of the ocean. Everyone tries to get a map or destination planned, but they're all lost. Alador settles on just rowwing themselves to their next green lands as they can't wait out here for help. Luz, Willow, Gus, Amity, Edric and Emira agree and they all stroke the boat respectfully.
Sid is told about the monsters V Mewman war and Toffee's hand in it and she feels maybe she's who will bring monsters and mewmans under peace. This gets a laugh out of Eldric and Emira that Sid of all people can do so
Amity, Edirc, Emira and Alador all ask Marcy and Hunter about the Calamity Box.
Hunter explains that he has a theory that a clue to the next hint to the box is where they're going and Marcy can get that clue to getting closer to charging the 2nd gem and helping Anne and Bender.
Marcy brings Edric and Emira up to speed that she is recharging the calamity box to bring a girl named Lizbeth back to the timeline on behalf of one of their mom's most hated foes, and in turn he is helping her get her friend home. Alador asks and does he know anything of the location, Marcy tells Alador that he and his assoicates have managed to locate a possible cluing to the locaiton of the 2nd gem. Amity and Emira ask if Marcy and Hunter are going to go looking for it.
Hunter states that he is and he and Marcy will both go and go alone. He wants to make sure Marcy can keep him safe from what's haunting him. The Blights ask Hunter on this again and Hunter just adresses that it's a lich like monster with psychic powers as well, it was like it's able to create mindscapes. Amity admits this happened to her as well and she explains to her family that Hunter, her and Luz tried to ask Team Free Will about it and no one knew.
As the Crew arrives to Puppnuu, The Owl House characters decide to go one way while Marcy, Amity, Eldric, Emira and Hunter decide to go their look path and go looking for an ancient temple.
Marcy, Amity, Hunter, Edlirc, Emira and Alador all manage to reach the ancient temple of Puppnuu which they used Tezekel Kan's move as a distraction. They feel the walls, they read the instructions as Marcy is out to undercover another clue of where to head next.
Amity, Hunter, Eldric and Emira follow behind, however this is the look of the mindscape comes up with Hunter and Amity sees her mom trying to kill Luz and herself from the conventions. They Both begin questioning things, Eldric and Emira tell Marcy and Alador to hold off, they're at it again.
Amity and Hunter are both adressed by name of a deep voice as they watch this. The arrival of Vecna who's once is here once again. He causes tremendouse headaches to them to weaken their so he can decide to go for the kill. Marcy and Alador call their names, as does Eldric and Emria. Hunter and Amity both freak out as Vecna tries to guilt trip them for hurting them. Hunter and Amity refuse to follow to it, as Alador, Marcy, Eldric and Emira call them out.
Vecna isn't seeable to them as Vecna isn't targeting them but he does use his powers to hold the others from trying to intervere with vines. Vecna uses his psychic powers to try and break Amity and Hunter's bones though Alador saves them both with the abominations magic and Eldric and Emira pull Amity out with Marcy helps Hunter escape
Marcy, Hunter, Amity, Eldric, Emira and Alador all contiune to go through the temple with Alador holding both Amity and Hunter as Marcy, Edirc and Emira continue onwards and they manage to avoid the temple challenges and find the clue
Emira checks on Amity with Alador and Amity describes the being to them and notes that he seems like a lich with vine properities.
Alador, Emira and Eldric feel that Amity was nearly killed in that encounter like last time. Marcy holding Hunter basically states that Belos is working with that creature but can't figure why.
Sid, Lillith and Lisa return with their dragon egg to the others as do Marcy, Amity, Alador, Eldric, Hunter and Emira and they all discuss what went on. Marcy, The Blights and Hunter got their next clue for Marcy's own opeartion.
Chapter 3[]
Edric and Emira join the rest of the team in heading to Brighton to fight The Chairman and his forces on the behalf of Kamela Khan and Deathstroke. Though they are sincere, this turns into another problem when Vecna makes his attack on their little sister Amity as well as Hunter. Alador then leads them into resucing their family member from Vecna
Edirc, Emira and Alador put their all into saving Amity from being killed by Vecna in a gruseome way. Though the twins are eventually held down by Vecna's power as Alador and Willow continue to struggle
The two are eventually sucessful in this when Marcy shows up and the three help out Alador and Willow save Amity and Hunter from Vecna's clutches
With the feel of Vecna looming, they decide it might be most wise to learn more advanced magic and agree to Sid and Marcy's plan to go to Hogwarts.
Chapter 4[]
Eclipsa gives everyone their assignment and the Blights all go together as a way to get their hands on magical items to use it as a way to fight back against Emperor Belos. Emira and the family are taken to of all places a hedge maze, Upon deciding to nativgate it like an maze, the family deals with random pattern moving paths and an maze that tries to attack them
Unknown the family, The Gnorcs and Soercerness are following them under Mina's orders to keep them distracted through Belos's plan as well to assist Vecna succeed as well. They are eventually found when they reach the portkey and trophy. Emira and Edric both go against The Sorcerness and She deals with her with the illusionary magic and restraining spell which she also uses to help Alador and Amity when dealing with the Gnorcs.
Upon driving them off, they take the Portkey and deliver it to Eclipsa who takes it and puts in her magical pouch. As everyone regroups, Vecna and The High Magic Comission ambush them to and Emira joins her family to save Amity from Vecna. Vecna had decided to just cash in on Amity and goes to kill her, Thanks to Alador remembering what Sid was told by Lydia and Lincoln, Alador uses music to make sure Amity is broken out of his trance. As they save her, Vecna decides to twist his targets to her and Edric which he manages to kill.
She and Edric are saved from truly dying when they are resuscitated by the others, but it leaves them comatose.
Chapter 7[]
She and Edric are awoken out of their comas by Sid and they stand to fight against Belos
Chapter 8[]
She and the rest of his family go after their mom with Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade and get rid of her once and for all

The Blight Family decide to rebuild Hexside after recovering from their fight.

Book 2: Interlude[]
Emira is present with the rest of the Mar Mar Gang as Marcy and Libby recruited her and the team to help out to investigate and final the last gem of the Calamity Box so that Marcy can accompish her ends. She also gets Luz's help with all this too as she joined the two.
Book 3: Culmination[]
Emira and The Mar Mar Gang learn of Marcy's stabbing and she is among the members who think Marcy is dead thanks to Andrias, so she jumps on board to help Libby deal with the situation and upon hearing of Anne having Calamity Powers decide to help train her to help defeat King Andrias for backstabbing Marcy, Them, Bender and the others. When The Portal to Amphibia is made, Emira joins the team in heading there with Slade's Empire with Bender, Luan, Anne, Sprig, Sasha and Grime to prepare to deal with Andiras.
Book 4: Falling Climax[]
Edirc and Emira help out Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harry, Bender, Luan, Anne, Sprig, Sasha and Grime defeat King Andiras to save the multiverse from his attempt to conquer it and Marcy from the Core's Influence as well as aiding in dealing with N.TRopy's omnicide plot. After this, Marcy disbands the team due to how bad everything got and her own realizations in which the two head home with Amity and Alador. The Two do though get a letter from Luz to Amity and give it to her.
