Emilia Harcourt is a recurring character in the DC Extended Universe, appearing as a supporting character in the 2021 film The Suicide Squad, the tritagonist of Season 1 of the 2022 streaming series Peacemaker, a minor antagonist in the 2022 film Black Adam, and a minor character in the 2023 film Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
Agent Emilia Harcourt was an agent for the National Security Agency (NSA) on liaison to the Advanced Research Group Uniting Superhumans (ARGUS) who worked under Director Amanda Waller on her Task Force X program. Trained by her father since childhood, Harcourt was a ruthless killer who could stomach almost all of the atrocities her job unfortunately entailed.
In 2021, Harcourt and other members of Task Force X's support division betrayed Waller after she threatened to blow up her field operatives when they disobeyed her orders to ignore a destructive rampage being carried out by the gigantic alien creature Starro the Conqueror. Following the incident, Harcourt and Economos were sent to another team for their insubordination, working with Clemson Murn, Leota Adebayo, and Peacemaker to stop the Butterflies from taking over the Earth.
War Of The Streams[]
Emila was called by Peacemaker for help to deal with the Cabinet and The Cartel under Frank Underwood where she used her skills as an agent to assist the others. She also gets a contact with the Robinsons respectfully to help deal with them as they are also working with the Streaming Resistance respectfully.
She is in charge of the group respectfully and leads the heroes against The Cartel and Cabinet while the main characters deal with Frank Underwood and Spot.
Afterwards, Emila overhears the others are searching for kid heroes respectfully, she is against the idea of getting more kids involved, though she decides on at least finding them to keep them safe as they could be targeted by The Spot who she learned escaped.

Prologue[]
Upon hearing of Peacemaker and Wednesday's investigation, she joins up with them as well as Vilgante to try and see what Spot and his cronies are up to.
Chapter 1[]
Emila investigates the situation with Vilgante and Boss Baby while the rest of the posse deal with The Spot and Melvin Borg. They end up coming face to face with White Dragon who is working with Spot to go after his cowardlt son
Emila and Vilgante defend Peacemaker from his dad and they try to deal with in place of Peacemaker, but are out thought by him despite getting some fair few hits in. Emila is in contact with Economos and learns about the poltergeist play by Will Robinson and Eleven.
Part 2[]
Emila is in contact with John Economos who gets a message to Peacemaker about what has happened respectfully with the police station. Emila suits up ready to fight and joins Peacemaker to help deal with Spot. She notes Lydia is with the cops, noting that the kids are safe and she distracts Spot with Cuphead and the others so they can go get Spot and stop his plans.
Co-opearting with Holt, Emila manages to hide what Spot was looking for and they manage to get Spot to leave though not without letting him get away. She meets back up with the rest and they manage to figure out what Spot did and through Economos. Emila discovers where Spot attacked and the first location in the Hissan Region
Part 3[]
The Magic School Bus arrives in the Hissuan Region with Peacemaker, Vigilante, Emila, Blinky, Amy and Jake all seeing this region as Jake and Amy are driving the Bus respectively. Peacemaker, Emila and Vigilante learn from Economos that the Hissu Region is the past of the Sinnoh Region, and what is was once called
Emila wakes up The Party, Wednesday, George, Harold, Erica, Boss Baby respectfully and tells them they have arrived and breakfast has been made for them since Amy and Jake were at work
All the others have a meeting and upon recongizing the vast region they decide to split up respectively. To do the job, Blinky, Eleven, Wendesday, Lincoln and Lydia decide to take charge on one side while Peacemaker, Will and the others decide to lead the others.
When everyone gets back together, this is when Volo ambushes the heroes and steals the plates with The Spot in tangent where the anti matter riff is once again there and Hissuan Region begins to collapse by using Giratina
Peacemaker and the others try to fend off the holes and fend off Spot who makes this difficult for them as he creates more portals for them to close
Eleven and her firends manage to fix all the holes while Peacemaker and the others manage to keep Spot under control and when Lincoln and the others come back. Spot cuts his losses and brings back Volo and harms Peacemaker before returning.
Chapter 2[]
Emila, Peacemaker and Vilgiante learn what John Ecnomos and Steve Harrington found out on the next Spot Based Anomality regarding it occured at Wednesday's school and universe. This is when the Cops also arrive and they are also given the info
She is brought with the others to Wednesday's meeting about Nevermore their situation and what they need to do respectively in their time there.
Heading to Nevermore, Emila learns of what Enid and Wednesday looked into and she has Encomos open up communication so he can briefed on this detail. Hearing what he has to see, she and Vilgante decide to accompany Eleven and the others to go down town to find out and where Crackstone could remerge respectfully.
Part 2[]
Eleven, Mike, Will Byers, Dustin, Max, Lucas, Emila Harcount, Vigilante and John Ecnomos all head to the cafe to wait for something to go down noting something will happen. Something indeed does happen when Crackstone and Spot arrive respectfully and Eleven strands herself out fighting The Spot as Mike and the others try to capture Crackstone
Vilgiante, Emila and Ecnomos help provide backup for Eleven as Spot holds off them with his own hole powers. Upon hearing the Spot Escape, Eleven and the others rebound with Mike and the others and learn Crackstone has escaped and must puruse him.
Everyone meets back up back together and are in the woods and this is where everyone comes to deal with Crackstone. Emilia helps out by dealing with the undead pilgirms that N.Tropy ressurected.. Emilia is picked up by the rest to get back to base by the Cops and what they have done respectfully in the time they were all in Nevermore.
Though given flex time, she decides to just drink at a bar and looks into the chicken work done and how Mulder and Scully factor in this respectively.
Part 3[]
Emilia works with her colleagues to try and find where the next Spot based Anomalty and eventually they all figure it is occuring at a familiar place. Jerome Elementary School and she decides to get The Cupheads to get them back to help out.
Emilia realized they missed the Cupheads and decides to have Will Robinson as well as Boss Baby try to find them respectively. She then also goes with Peacemaker and The other cops and pursues the robots brought in by Melvin Borg and Spot. She also tries to arrest Von Gale who escapes but manages to get her hands on her weather machinery.
Emilia and the others do their own investigation regarding Von Gale's machines and what the Boys picked up discovering some properties being used by The Spot and his assoicates. This is when the group discovers from Dustin that Hawkins is under fire due to Spot's actions and make a beeline to there.
Chapter 3[]
Emilia with Peacemaker's allies and Professor Membrane look into the juice respectfully that Will Robinson took and they discover that it comes from the aliens that Melvin Borg brought to life with the PATSY 2000 respectfully
They put the juice away respectfully upon the arrival of the heroes to Hawkins so they can decide ultimately what to do with it. She joins the rest of her crew so they can go find the Spot and learn of his plans with the Upside Down
Noting how Will Byers is acting up, Emilia and the others decide to try and keep from falling under the Mind Flayer's influence. Despite learning from Economos that it's no aware in sight for a while. On Jim Hopper's knowledge, they use heaters to keep it down so Peacemaker, Vilgilante, Boss Baby and Will Robinson can close the gate respectfully
Though successful, they cheers turn to concern when Will Byers begin to succumb to some ailment and to the shock of the others it's fatal.
Part 2[]
Emilia is contacted like the others by the Chief and they are told to head to the Castlevaniaverse to get a potential recruit. She does just that and decides to let Ecnomonos and MIke stay to tend to Will Byers
Emilia successfully manages to recruit Trevor to their group and makes him a honorary agent in turn.
Chapter 4[]
Having instilled Doug Judy to investigate some of Spot's associates, she and the others discover that the group is heading to their universe next and Kandy escaped in part to them as well.
The group then all head out there respectfully to go against the attempt for Spot and his cronies to damage her home
Part 2[]
Arriving to try and find the Spot, Emilia leads the way into the team's own homes seeing if they can find any of his usual presences
The Spot is found but after they check and he has White Dragon and General Kregg with them and Virtumites. Emilia decides to help her allies against Peacemaker's dad, and finds that he is going all out and to try and kill Peacemaker, just like Peacemaker is with him
She manages to help Peacemaker catch him off guard in their fight but is given a hard injury as White Dragon's hands like Vigilante which sends her down for Jake, Amy and Peacemaker to get to her . She decides to get rehabilitation after he fight with White Dragon for the time but decides that if they need her help. She'll be on phone
Chapter 6[]
Emilia tries to fight back in her own recovery from The False Groudon but is sucked up like the others
She is brought back like Vigilante and Peacemaker returns with the others to find her making a safe recovery in turn.

Chapter 1[]
Part 1[]
Peacemaker, John and Vigilante have all decided to go check on Emilia as she has been getting physical therapy for herself after what happened at the hands of Spot's forces.
Emila is sitting down on a stool and sees the three come in, and knows they have came to see her. She insists she's doing fine after what happened. Economos puts a hole saying if she then why as she kept distance. Emilia said because she wants to focus on herself before going back in the field, she doesn't have Peacemaker's healing abilties.
Peacemaker arrogantly admits no one does, he still glad to see Emilia is at least talking. Vigilante sharps his tools and begin to wander about their other friends.
Peacemaker and Vigilante are helpnig Emilia with her physical therapy deciding that she needs their help regardless of what she thinks. Peacemaker helps with her physical acitvity while Vigilante assists with the fire arm work.
However John Ecomonos begins to detect something on his intel and it's an ambush by a few mooks that have made their way and tells the three to stay alert. He runs out of his room to go get his chain saw to help them
Peacemaker, Vigilante and Emilia are surrounded by the mooks, which apparently work under Rufus and Fifi Dufus who were under orders to go after The Streaming Resistance by N.Tropy and led by Angstorm as it was his personal assignment for him to do.
Economos thinks that The Dupus must have know he would see something and makes his way back to the trio. Peacemaker, Vigilante and Emilia have managed to finish the job and surrounded by defeated agents of the Dupus.
Blinky and Emila both apparently knew of Lincoln and Lydia's request and allowed it as they understood well why they did so.
Vigilante, Emilia, Membrane and Jake observe the others and Jake decides on an plan to maybe track down who Ham Hand, The Dupus and Levy are working for. Emilia has another idea, if they can't get their go to guys and with their guys out at camp, they should go get some additional help, Viglante suggests finding George and Harold to help out. Membrane decides to set a way to travel and go lookng for them
Wednesday, Enid and Penny all manage to arrive back to base with John, Vigilante and Emila and announce that they have gotten back. Emila inquires what took them so long, Wednesday and Penny were getting into a disagreement about directions and gathering evidence for the case. Penny and Enid also wanted to get Hilda and her friends involved but Wednesday declined this. Emila agrees with Wednesday on this suprising the other two.
Part 2[]
With the gang, all basically in agreement that the group must go looking for Spot's remaining allies, former and not. Wednesday, John Ecnomos, Emila, Viglante and Jake look into who is still alive as the others discuss the idea
Wednesday, Jake, Vigilante, Emila and Economos pull out who they have assessed on The Spot and they have managed to seek out of the cells. The party of 5 explain that B.P Richfeild, Chelsea Van Der Zee, Chandler Mcc Cain, Mr.Crocker, Polly Spark and Victoria Van Gale are all still alive and worked with The Spot and thus may know anything about the massacre or who Spot worked with. Jake does add that Crocker, Van Gale, and Chelesa are not in prison while the others are put away so he will be needed to assess Chandler, B.P and Polly or at least get the go ahead. The latter three ask about Chelesa, Crocker and Van Gale, Wednesday insturcts Peacemaker's allies to see if they can find them since she does know Crocker is an asylum. Economos confirms this it's just he has no idea about the ladies. Emila corrects that Chelesa could be easier, it's Van Gale who might be tough and she has to been trying to reach to anyone who knows about Van Gale.
Peacemaker, Emilia, Viglante, Emilia and Economos all decide to go puruse Mr.Crocker at the mental asylum he was located at as they are obvious the best choices to go after Crocker. Wednesday and Penny Robinson decide to work together to find Chelesa.
John Economos has found the mental asylum with Peacemaker, Emilia and Vigilante. He tells them that this is where Mr.Crocker has been confined in part to his fairy obession. Peacemaker wanders why Jaune Arc didn't kill Crocker when he had the chance. Emilia says because if he did he would be arrested and unable to marry that british woman from behind bars, even if Crocker did deserve it, it's still murder and attempting would be worse considering the insanity plea.
Peacemaker does admit he would have done so if his family was danger, Jaune has the family he always wanted and not because he meet and drove them to the wedding. Vigillante decides to observe for bugs if someone is observing them.
Mr.Crocker is found and he notices the Streaming Resistance and asks what brings them to his asylum, here to mock him. Vigilante admits yes he is here to mock him, Peacemaker takes charge and asks about Spot and if he had someone backing him and who. Mr.Crocker says that someone was backing Spot, and not someone but two people, and they tried to kill him himself.
Emilia questions why would they try to kill Crocker, Mr.Crocker said that he discovered the real plan and it was to devour the multiverse or destroy it and because he found out about it, Spot's benefactors tried to kill him.
Peacemaker asks it's the False Groudon wasn't it, Crocker says yes it was that. Economos asks for a description, Crocker says he was blue, was a brit and had a fetish for clocks. Emila writes it all down intend to look into the database. Peacemaker and Vigilante decide to leave and the former thanks him for co-operating. Crocker also lets them know that the backer was how he learned of the fairy heritage of the Hilda family. Emilia and John just roll their eyes as they leave
Peacemaker, Eleven, Wednesday, Jake, Professor Membrane, Jim, Claire, Blinky, Penny, Vigilante, Emila Hardcourt, John Ecnomos, Mrs.Frizzle, Mike, Lucas, Max, Doug Judy and Enid Sinclair all return and explain what everyone has found out. As Peacemaker's posse tells the others that most of the others were co-operative, though Chandler and Richfield were rather uncompromisnig with Richfield trying to kill the Professor.
Part 3[]
The Streaming Resisitance has arrived in Trolberg,and they go around trying to find her with each of them giving a try of finding her.
Peacemaker goes with Emilia, Vigilante, Jim,Claire, and Blinky to where Van Gale was seen after that point which was an old windmill. Economos explains that Van Gale was here and was last seen here before recruited by The Spot. Emilia, Peacemaker and Vigilante search through what Van Gale left behind with Peacemaker mentioning how Van Gale is an one time a season kind of person. Emilia informs him Eleven and her friends went to her weather station and didn't find her. Economos does notice something and talks to them about Nisses, Blinky immediatly hears this and asks about what them, Economos notes that Van Gale always has a Nissese with her, though it was Artifcial. Blinky having known about them mentions how they can travel between spaces and keep stuff in their wormholes.
Jim, Claire and Peacemaker question how Blinky even knows about them, Blinky admits he has dabbled in Trolberg's magicial creatures a bit and learned about through Hilda and her mom. He says that Lydia saw them as meatballs with grape fruits for noses. Peacemaker and Vigilante laugh, and Emilia tries not to laugh at this herself.
The Streaming Reisstance has managed to arrive at the fairy Mound and a good deal of the group wander how to ulimately get in there. Peacemaker, Eleven and Wednesday themselves are baffled how are they even able to have gotten in there to begin with to find the others.
Emilia and her allies all manage to get in and are greeted by Victoria Van Gale who they ask about Spot's boss who she willingly tells this to. Rodrigo and Angstorm Levy have arrived with the mini Chaos Bots and have arrived to kill Van Gale for saying too much, she and her allies decide to take on Angstorm.
Peacemaker, Eleven and the others all manage to fight the Chaos Bots and together they defeat Levy, With Peacemaker and his crew even dampering Levy with an inability to use his powers. Levy asks where Rodrigo is and is told that he escaped. Levy naturally angered he was left to die by his own comcrade swears payback, but Peacemaker and Vigilante make it obvious that they have questions for him with Emila knocking him out.
Chapter 2[]
Part 4[]
Levy is interrograted about his role in the Fairy Country's destruction, his motive and his reason by the team. Jake, Eleven and Emila take the good cop approach as she needs to balance the violent ways of Peacemaker and Vigilante. She discovers that Levy and his employers had designs for Fairy Country and it's fairy sources which he was getting for his boss for something mind breaking in reality.
Vigilante, Peacemaker, Emilia and Jake record what they have undercovered on Levy and must inform their friends about his intentions towards Invincible as she has a bad feeling that Lydia, Lincoln, Clyde and other Team Free Will Teammates may be targeted by Levy at some point if not his boss. Rodrigo frees Angstorm Levy and Emilia goes to fight him with her friends, Redneb fights her off with ease due to his insane defenses and skill in fighting as he escapes and manages to take what they placed on Levy off allowing them to escape
She decides to go on alert regarding what Doug Judy tells her and that she will fight to free George and Harold from their conditioning. As Peacemaker leaves to help Lydia and Lincoln, she follows Membrane as they proceed to make way to Arcadia.
Part 5[]
Upon arrivng in Arcadia, The Troll Hunters and The Party try to find Toby and ARRGH only to discover that they are no longer in Arcadia. Professor Membrane and the Peacemaker Crew investigate all the events in Arcadia and they learn changlings are around there as some point and the 4 feel that maybe there is a way to reach some indications of what Enid is looking for
Blinky, Jim, Claire and Professor Membrane manage to find some way to Troll Market so they can go get some help on locating the two. They discover Troll Market is in disarray and that the trolls were basically petrified too just like how Frida was. They all decide to work together and look through Troll Market to find who caused it all
Emilia and Viglante decide to pick up some Trollhunters weaponry as Professor Membrane get the help of Blinky as they discover that AURGH and Toby both escaped for this point. Though when it came to the troll lover, they have no idea still on what as happened.
Max decides to help Peacemaker's crew with the weapons as she wants one for herself so they can prepare for any possible trouble, which Emilia is a bit questioning of though Viglante allows this and lets Max pick which weapon and she chooses the war hammer.
Upon being informed of the virus that Membrane had acquired and tried to use for purposes against villain supes, Peacemaker, Penny, herself, and Economos call out Membrane for doing such a thing with the virus upon being told of the nasty effects.
Part 6[]
Max, Enid, Vigilante and Emilia have arrived in Troll market, With Enid developing a sense of trouble towards Jaune Arc being here with the other 3 following suit. Max has her war hammer ready as does Vigilante with his blade as they observe the Gumms
Max, Emilia and Vigilante learn about what Enid found with Usurna and prepare for a deal of trouble as Jim, Claire and Blinky did give her some intel on this.
Max, Enid, Vigilante and Emilia are in the cross hairs of Queen Usurna who had managed to track the 4 down and has her Gumms fight the 4 as she tries to take one of them away and Emilia tries to shoot them as well. She and Vigilante manage to get caught by Usurna and Cate who Cate tries to wipe her memory of the situation. They are joined by Enid, Max, Mulder and Scully who they are going to do this with them. Thankfully Scully breaks out of her restrains and helps the others get free to cause them to retreat.
Emilia and Vigilante help Max in trying to use the warhammer she found as they feel she can defiently use it to it's fullest though the two are able to figure out it's a second one from Trollmarket. They manage to get a hold of Amy to see how things are going for her and discover what Amy is doing with Lincoln and Lydia while explaining to them what has gone down in Arcadia and with Hilda's family as they can tell. Max, Vigilante, Emilia go to Lincoln and Lydia on their own activities and what happened to Hilda and her family at the hands of Queen Usurna. As well as Mulder and Scully's invovlement in all this.Professor Membrane then decides to take the crew up to his lab for some research and other attributes needed, Emilia decides to prepare for the worst and get ready to deal with what lies ahead.
Chapter 3[]
Part 7[]
The Entire Group has arrived at the Membrane Household and Professor Membrane has informed the others about His son not being here so he and his own friends won't have to worry as they're at the Utonium House.
Peacemaker, Jake, Eleven, Wednesday overhear that Daniel will be in touch with them at some point. Though they are told, he might meet up with the others first before and and that it will be Daniel who decides this as Lydia and Lincoln inform them as they head to the Last Kids On Earth Universe. Peacemaker and Jake both think on anything that could be happening here as the trio did come before to this universe and are questioning how they are going to make only to learn that the duo had the Magic School Bus repaired and have Mr.Fusion on it so they can use garbage as fuel.
John Economos finds the idea ridculous that Frizzle was able to do that, Emilia admits it does feel kind of ridiculous the concept of it. Wednesday and Professor Membrane though find the idea has potential with Wendesday saying she could dipose bodies in this matter.
Wednesday, Professor Membrane, Enid, Blinky, Penny, Mike, Lucas, Emilia and John all end discovering some answers about Hilda's petrfication with her family
The Streaming Resistance find an invite in Professor Membrane's mailbox and it's an invite to Vernon Manor which has Peacemaker, Eleven, Jake and Wednesday look into this and show supscion at all this with the others to make a plan to deal with this. As Professor Membrane has reservations about this and once Enid gets back that they will tell her as they can also talk to Lydia, Lincoln, Will and Amy on this.
Part 8[]
With the rest of her teammates, she discovers the Shetty Virus from Professor Membrane who sent it to Lisa Loud, Emilia is skeptical that he is trusting a criminal who has among the biggest rap sheets in the multiverse with such a thing. Though Membrane explains that it was to assist him and Lisa as he has connections to those were in control in Vought, she is still apprehensive being reminded of what Peacemaker was prior. Tek Knight later interogrates her and her colleagues about this and she slips due to Tek Knight catching her in lies.
When Emilia and her friends discover the events down at Lincoln's grandfather camp, she joins up with Professor Membrane, Jake and Peacemaker to arrive there as well.
Part 9[]
Emilia Harcourt joins Peacmaker, Jake Peralta, John Economos, Max Mayfield,Penny Robinson, Professor Membrane and Vigilante to help the rest of their team with what is going on here. She is immediately suspects something is going on and decides to keep her eyes on Tek Knight, The spies and everyone who arrived on behalf of Tek Knight. She is able to use the first move to help the others and with her allies, Emilia helps the heroes escape from Troy's nuclear blow up. While she understands they want to help, Emilia tells them that they need to leave as their lives are more important here and now as they can't help him in his state without the training. After escaping, she shares the details with Economos so they can overlook what happened with Troy.
She sets up intel with Wednesday and Eleven so Peacemaker, Will, Amy, Jake, Lydia and Lincoln can tell the two of them of what they found and the danger they are all in.
Chapter 4[]
Emilia helps Wednesday try to relocate Neuman again as she does have a feeling something bad is going to go down as a result of Neuman and her own allies, former or like wise. She discovers the Dufus and what the rest of her team are doing trying to find a device that was given from the Zebron Brotherhood managed to get their hands on. Despite things going south, Emilia does manage to find where they are going with Jim, Claire and Blinky are heading. She sticks with Peacemaker and the main members to find Lincoln, Lydia and their team.
Chapter 5[]
She and the rest of the Resistance make way to Mexico and she is able to secure connections with the rest of the team out to rescue Jim, Claire and Blinky and guides them through the base with Economos as the team makes way to Mexico and reunites with the team to find the rest of the Streaming Resistance and Team Free Will. Though the rise of the demon begins to cause a problem despite this.
Chapter 6[]
Joining forces with Slade's Empire, The Boys and The B Team, Emilia and her allies manage to put the demon to rest and then with Economos overhears everything Neuman tells her allies later at the hospital after having her bottom and tops reattached. This she can relate to as she admits to and considers looking into the rest of the actions all committed as a way to get closer to N.Tropy who unknown to her she is after. Though this needs to be put to rest as the Streaming Resistance is to be knighted as a result of their bravery and skill.
Book 3: Culmination[]
Emilia and the rest of The Streaming Resistance join up with Peacemaker and his crew again now they have know N.Tropy is the mastermind behind it all now and decides to help Lydia and Lincoln settle their score with them as they go through all the time periods N.Tropy damaged while dealing with his associates who are making their plans to go after them all as N.Tropy knows The Streaming Resistance was very much on him. Through this Emilia and the others all confront some of the troublesome aspects of their pasts due to the nature of what they are doing.
After returning, Emilia and the Streaming Resistance find where N.Tropy is hiding and with the deaths of some of their allies, They are ready to avenge them, though, Lincoln, Lydia and others are more willing to deal with him for justice and to prevent him from harming others again as Lydia and Lincoln decided to defeat him not out of vengeance.
