Elliot Baldwin Woodman is a major character in Date A Live.

He is the leader of the Ratatoskr and the founder of Alliance of Freedom. He is the Ratatoksr Machinery's founder and Kotori's benefactor. It is revealed that Woodman once worked along side with the current Deus.Ex.Machina Industries Empire supreme leader, Isaac Westcott; however he left the DEM after he found what Isaac was doing several realites. After he left DEM, he become a target of DEM for desertion. However, years later he met Karen Nora Mathers and together they founded the Allaince of Freedom to save the multiuniverse.
