Elgar is a villain from Power Rangers Turbo and Power Rangers In Space.
He is voiced by Derek Stephen Prince.
Elgar is the idiotic nephew and henchman of Divatox, and nephew of General Havoc and Dimitria. He later serves as a henchman of Astronema during the events of In Space.
