Elexis Sinclaire is the titular main antagonist in the SiN video game series. She is a mysterious and powerful mad scientist who is secretly engaged in organized crime and planning to make a radical artificial evolutionary advance to the human race, and the enemy of private security force commander John R. Blade.
She is voiced by Hannah Logan.

Elexis Sinclaire made a first appearance to have participation with warfare during the time of Gunther Prozen's reign of terror. She first attacked the Symphogear Heroines. Suddenly, the heroes are victorious over villains. Elexis Sinclaire decided to retreat, along with many villains. After the deaths of Leo Conrad and Sally Land, Elexis begins to have meeting and discussion with villains about their failures and mistakes that they have done. Suddnely, she and the villains were greeted by the new villains and many allies, including the Deadmans. After the meeting she and the villains experimented Mana Nagase and her friends on her scientific transformation into demonic animal alien organisms known as Sithimals. However, Elexis and many villains met their demise when London gets destroyed before the demise of Thaddeus Valentine for good.
