Elekid is a pure Electric type discovered in Generation II. It is also discovered that it evolves into Electabuzz when it reachs level 30. From this, it is discovered that Electabuzz is, in fact, an evolved Pokemon.
Elekid stores electricity in its body. If it touches metal and accidentally discharges all its built-up electricity, this Pokémon begins swinging its arms in circles to recharge itself.
Its final evolutionary form is Electivire. This is done by trading it away as an Electabuzz while it's holding and Electirizer.
