Ecliptor is Astronema's second-in-command. He is a powerful general, capable of holding his own against even the Red Space Ranger, Andros. He wields a sword, which can fire electric blasts, fires beams from his eyes, and make a duplicate of himself, called a Cyber Shadow.
History[]
Ecliptor is a father figure of Astronema, and have personal history with Darkonda. Ecliptor was also responsible for his upbringing with Karone (Astronema), when she was still a child. He oftenly hates Darkonda, because Darkonda is cunning and threachous nature. He is also known as a robot created by Dark Specter. He died at the end of the episode, when hit by the Zordon waves, and became the first villain to crumble to dust who being hited by Zordon waves.
Personality[]
Ecliptor has a cruel nature, but besides that he is also a noble warrior. This was proven when he saved Andros from Darkonda's trap. And also helped Astronema, and Space Rangers escaped. But unluckily, he was brainwashed and became evil again.

- Despite Ecliptor being an adapted character version of Nezirejia Mobile Commander Yugande.
- However, the noble nature of Ecliptor is more likely intended to be similar to Dr Hinelar (Dr Samejima) nature. Because both of them treated Shibolena and Astronema as their own daughters. Both also shown possesed 'loyalty' to their daughters perspectively.
- Ecliptor is voiced by Lex Lang. Who later known as Zen-aku voice actor as well.
