Shadow The Hedgehog's Black Arms Alien Brother
Eclipse the Darkling is a Black Arms soldier created to be the evil alien race's answer to Shadow the Hedgehog.
He made his debut in Sonic Universe #59 alongside Black Death and fights Shadow after introducing himself.
According to Archie Sonic writer Ian Flynn, Eclipse is what would happen if Shadow was a pure Black Armsinstead of a hybrid between a Hedgehog and a Black Arms.
