Earl was once a genius student in his school before he got a D-on a shopping class. As a result of getting a D, he became evil and causes havoc in schools for the slightest provocation.
While he can warp reality with his computers, it's impossible to take him seriously as he is so hammy and over the top that you can't help but laugh. As he looks like a comic book villain

He is an ally of Dukat alongside his minion Raticus and helps in bringing everyone in. He and Raticus are given by Crowley an idea to spy on the heroes with his monitors. Earl gets angered at Raticus as Raticus got soap opera channels on the monitors as he ordered it from the cable company without telling him. They spy on The B Team who is in the sealed pyramid due to BlackGarurumon as they talk about a series of movies he loves The Mummy series, he get angered as Isabella calls them "just a movie", "not factual" and "silly curses" and he gets angered to the point where he asks Raticus what did she say, he repeats and Earl yells " I HEARD HER". Earl so angered at her insulting his favorite movies, decides to hypnotize her to take the scarph to curse them. He and Raticus begin creating some armies for Crowley and Dukat to use with his computer for any fights against the heroes or Loki. Crowley and Raticus prepare to watch the show. to blow the intern camp which angers Phantom as he should be working. Dukat and Crowley split their jobs as Crowley takes his operation and kidnaps the Multi-Universal Resistance Guys and Batgirl, he knows the girls will come and plants a bomb to set off upon landing with Phantom, Ratiucs and GBF Jr. though Raticus questions he would need to do this. Crowley then sings a song about wanting them to join him and it's revealed that he tortured the rest of the squad to death. He meets his end at the Multi-Universal Resistance while Raticus flees to tell the others where to go and how to stop them.

His Influence still lingers though as his reality computers ended up becoming public and due to the damages they have caused and the matter that is used caused Flying Rhino Junior High to be closed respectfully to the public as revealed in Team Free Will: Disassembled. It was also this event in part that had Lydia move to Royal Woods and the rest of her friends going to different places as well.
