Duff Killigan is a recurring villain in Kim Possible. He's a scottish golf fanatic who was banned from professional golf due to his bad temper. He then went into a life of crime. His first crime is attempting to turn the entire world into his own personal golf course by abducting Professor Sylvan Green and tried to use the former weapon researcher's rapid grass growing formula. He attacked Japan first since it was the first country that banned him from golf. Kim and Ron thwarted his plans and he had been a reoccurring enemy of theirs ever since.
He has declared himself as "The World's Deadliest Golfer", a title that he is proud to be known as.
His equipment include golf clubs, which he wields as lethal weapons, and exploding golf balls.
Ratchet and Kim Possible[]
Duff Killigan made his appearance in the fifth book, The Polaris Epidemic. He was the first villain to make a first appearance since the Bebes in the second book, The Solanian Revolution. He was reported to be among several of Kim's old foes to reek havoc in the Polaris Galaxy. He was found on a planet named Pratoma, where he intended on turning the entire planet into his own personal golf course, but at the risk of causing massive damage to the planet's ecosystem. This was the first time that Ratchet and Clank had encountered Duff Killigan.
They fought against him with Captain Qwark in tow, though, they weren't thrilled with having Qwark with them. They managed to thwart his plans and subdue him, but he was able to escape and leave the planet. It was soon revealed that he was part of some sort of secret master plan that they didn't know about at the time.
