Dr. Dudley Dabble is an evil mad scientist who lives in a mansion on an undisclosed planet. His archenemy is Rave, a kid who has spoiled his plans in the past.

At somepoint N.Tropy got a hold of Dr.Dabble upon learning of Gelator's defeat and Rave's joining of The Streaming Resistance.
N.Tropy gets in contact with Dr.Dabbler and informs him that the green whatever he calls it is heading to Bizarroville. He is also told to keep his eyes on Lincoln's grandparents as well by Fifi.
Neuman and Dr.Dabble are busy away with their own assignments and Neuman hands Dabble the power gems from his first manison. Dr.Dabble has a second mansion around and is prepared to use for another set of gems to acquire.
Dr.Dabble decides to acquire what Rodirgo and N.Tropy have aqquired for their own mooks and sends them over to Bikini Bottom. Neuman inquires if the spies have been looked to by Dabble.
Dabble explains that he is working on it to her.
Part 3[]
Dabble traps the heroes in his mansion and forces the crew to find fuses for any real escape options. He works with Neuman to set more traps in need.
Larke and Troy both find themselves being trapped into nets by Dabble who keeps their hostage a few times but throws math questions on them for their freedom. Larke does manage to solve them.
Dabble's plan starting to be foiled and the others leave. Neuman had her own situation to deal with and she is given the power gems as she decide to get them for something as she tells Dr.N Tropy and Dabble.
Dabble is content Neumann is playing them for their plan as is N.Tropy. Victoria says it's better than just going through sheer force and it's to spend some time with her child who she didn't bring in the manison.
N.Tropy has everyone on the phones and learns that Victoria and Dabble did set their traps and while the heroes did get out, Victoria got her hands on the power gems. Dabble wants them, as does N.Tropy through Victoria says she'll handle them. N.Tropy and Alternate N.Tropy refuse this and say that Victoria has something to do respectfully for the,
Sister Sage reports back with the other New Seven saying that they managed to find Ford and deal with the other problems. N.Tropy asked about other problems with Sage explaining they're also not alone in this situation. N.Tropy is aware that Team Free Will isn't the only problem and this was a situation he even found out, hence why he went to find a perfect partner himself, as He flirts with his alternate counterpart to the discomfort of both Dabble and Sister Sage
Maddame Kassandra is visited by Rufus Dupus and Dr.Dabble who was brought by Alternate N.Tropy to help her with their next plan. Alternate N.Tropy and Dr.Dabble unleash Chaos Bots that the former got from their creator in a payment deal for them. Dr.Dabble had constructed a new mansion as well with Rufus using the Cosmic Jelly with Cassandra to use for their other cover. Madame Cassandra is taking this a bit to take control. This is witnessed by Bruce, Selina and the Robot as The Robot detected something unusual and went after it. The Robot ambushes Madame Cassandra and shocks her. Dr.Dabble knows who this thing is and orders the chaos bots to attack The Robot. Bruce chases after Dr.Dabble and Rufus Dupus as Selina goes into to help The Robot deal with the Chaos Bots that were brought in.

He and Rufus are found by Bruce and he sicks the chaos bots on the Wayne Boy before making his escape into the manor he has brought up. He does this with the intent to meet Neuman later so they can place the power gem there so it can look the heroes were able to retrieve it from them. Which goes as planned.

Dr.Dabble realizing his usefulness might be coming to an end, he decides he has to do something and quick so he works with the Mirror Agents and Dennis to go down to where Ford and co are. Dabble decides to pursue the agenda though on his own so the others can deal with Team Free Will.
Part 9[]
Dr.Dabble and the rest of his associates go after the tuckered out Ford and his friends, though he is swept under the ring easily by Luz who has no time for any of this. Later on he is murdered by Judge Holden for being weak to him.
