Description[]
Dr. Raichi was once a Tuffle scientist who helped fought against the Saiyans lead by King Vegeta as the king of Saiyans wanted to kill them all off rather than live with them on the planet side by side as they want to ransack the Tuffles entire city of technology they only wanted the scouter and sold the rest to a nearby alien race that wanted to purchase their world. Dr. Raichi managed to get inside his shuttle but was killed in the process by one of the Saiyan monkeys and was revived by his creation Hatchiyack.
Then both of them planned to kill all the Saiyans by sending destron gas to kill all of Earth's population and the Saiyans living in there with their robots and also summoned warriors ghosts to distract them including Frieza, Cooler, Lord Slug, and Turles. After getting through the ghosts and destroying the last planetary poison gassing robot the Saiyans went off flying to the planet where Dr. Raichi's base is established. He attempted to fight off the Saiyans and was killed rather quickly in a failed attempt to waste their energy with his barrier techniques however his ghost reformed one last time and entered into his ultimate weapon Hatchiyack bringing him back to life finally to fulfill his eradication plan to get rid of the Saiyan bloodline forever. Hatchiyack was destroyed after a brutal fight seemingly ending the Tuffle remnants until Baby came into the picture.
The Umbrakinetic League[]
Dr. Raichi and his creation Hatchiyack somehow survived their deaths thanks to the dark power of the Multi-Universe and joined Ra's Al Ghul's Umbrakinetic League to help with the Multi-Universe purging of the corrupt so he can also have help killing all the Saiyans and any other violent alien races that would threaten other planets in the galaxies.
