Jacques von Hämsterviel is the main antagonist of the Lilo & Stitch franchise. His first major appearance was in the 2003 film Stitch! The Movie, where he begins plotting to take over the galaxy. Hämsterviel is the former partner of Jumba Jookiba, who later becomes one of his enemies.

Hamsterviel is one of the many villains that try to take over the galaxy. He is ranked 9th on the galactic conqueror list, with 300 planets conquered. He travels in his ship and controls the Leroy army, with original Leroy as his right hand man.
