
Dr. Evil (real name: Douglas Powers) is the head of a criminal organization and the main antagonist of the Austin Powersseries.
He is a parody of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the archenemy of James Bond in the 007 films and novels.
He was portrayed by Mike Myers, who also played the title character in all three films.

Dr.Evil greets Varrick. Sideshow Bob, Warrior Monkey and Jessie Wells and it's a pleasant suprise to see Sideshow Bob and the others, asking if Slade sent them. Sideshow Bob taking emissary role says that he did and that they have to ask about the giant laser, he noticed that it was used on them when Celes, Anti Cosmo and Slade went up against X9
Varrick also asks if they can use his techinlogy to look more into chaos bots which he and Jessie Wells do as Warrior Monkey and Sideshow Bob learn from Dr.Evil that Z9 attacked Virtucon and stolen his stuff with some portals opening up like time portals which he would know about. Warrior Monkey thinks Dr.Evil is being an idiot, though Bob listens and tells him to go on. Dr.Evil does know one thing though who leaked the info to Z9 was someone who still had connections to a criminal organzation that rivals his own and Slade's. Sideshow Bob asks if it was a cop, which Dr.Evil confirms. Warrior Monkey and Sideshow Bob both know Captain Putty is on this, but they didn't know he was still operating on Cartel principles.
Dr.Evil tasks Sideshow Bob and Warrior Monkey to look into the portals that he caught on camera and to see where the connection is with Z9 and his allies. Sideshow Bob says, that as long Dr.Evil can assist them with Slade's own actions against Z9 and his allies.
Dr.Evil phones Slade to tell him that he has ran some tests on the chaos bots themselves and that they are brainless which the duo knew already and how the martian Z9 is working for someone as he can tell he doesn't have that tech.

Part 5[]
Dr.Evil having assess to his tractor beam decides to offer his help to Slade in getting The Dupus Rocket down from space, which he does with the help of Harry, Mojo Jojo and Varrick so they can see anything mostly unsual. Evil is a bit more familiar with Slade's questioning about time travel as he did freeze himself for 30 years and then time traveled 30 years in the past and adds his theory to how Rufus escaped from his death with help from Fifi but doesn't rule out someone was helping her.
Part 6[]
Due to his experience on Time Travel, he assists his other scientists in studying how worm hole tech can be used for ends to help Slade with his own designs to make renewable resources so they can find more to do with it.
Chapter 5[]
Dr.Evil was called in to aid Slade's group in recovering their grand design with the reality bending machine to improve the multiverse and he manages to assist Snart and Rory in leading this own action succeeding in getting it.
Chapter 6[]
After Slade and his crew defeat Ucumuu and Butcher, Dr.Evil is the one who tests the machine and reports it's success to his allies in that they have gotten some results from this.

- He is based on James Bond's arch-nemesis Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Ironically enough, the 2015 film Spectre(part of the reboot of the James Bond franchise) revealed Blofeld as James Bond's foster brother.
- Jim Carrey was originally cast as Dr. Evil, but had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts with Liar Liar.
- In Goldmember, during the scene where Dr. Evil got hit in the crotch, Mike Myers didn't wear any protection, because he wanted his reaction to be real.
- Dr. Evil was parodied inside a Game in ReBoot during the Daemon Rising episode played by Matrix.
