Dr. Edward Richtofen is a central antagonist from the Call of Duty Universe.
He is the second worst and most sadistic villain of Call of Duty we ever see, most likely next to Makarov, Kravchenko, and Menendez.
He is a member of the Murderistic League led by Johan Liebert.
