Dr. Drakken is the main antagonist of the Disney animated TV series, Kim Possible.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles[]
Drakken made his first appearance in the very beginning of Kim Possible: The Extremely Secret Files . He and Shego broke into the space center that Dr. Possible worked at and stole a secret project that he had been working on: the Impossible Space Station of the Future. He and Shego then blasted themselves into space and somehow ended up in the Solana Galaxy within 2 hours. Ratchet had witnessed their arrival and had kept an eye on the space station for the next several hours.
Much time later, Kim and Ron were able to reach the Solana Galaxy via Dr. Possible's space shuttle. Upon discovering them, he became greatly startled as he intended on having them never find him, so he attempted to destroy them with the use of the defense system that he installed into the space station. When he was about to have them pulled into his death trap, Ratchet came flying in and saved them from it, then they followed Ratchet back into the cruiser where he and Clank were staying.
Around the time that Kim, Ratchet, Clank and Ron were finishing up modifications to the space shuttle, Dr. Drakken arrived with Shego and stole the shuttle. He and Shego also had the chance to meet Ratchet and Clank for the first time, although, he had a difficult time identifying what kind of animal Ratchet was as there weren't any felines on Earth to compare him to. Regardless, he carried on his plan to steal the space station, break it into several pieces and scattered the pieces in another galaxy.
The galaxy that Drakken had taken the shuttle to was the Bogon Galaxy where Ratchet and Clank were going to carry out their mission. Two weeks later, Drakken found out about this and sent Shego out to try and stop them from foiling his plans.
Drakken showed his face again in Megapolis where he and Shego attempted to flee the scene with a part of Dr. Possible's space shuttle, but Kim and Ratchet were able to catch up to him and take it back and with that, Drakken and Shego fled the scene.
Later on in the story, he called up Thugs-4-Less and stole their services from Angela Cross by making a better offer. He also had Shego monitor their nemesises progress, which she contacted him while they were on planet Todano.
They met with them on the planet Boldan where he had Thugs-4-Less set a trap for them. He brought Kim with him which Ron, Ratchet and Clank were sent separately. Ratchet was able to escape his prison cell with the help of Clank and rushed out to find Kim as fast as he could. He found her with Drakken, who held her against her will. During his gloatfest, he revealed that he developed close ties with the CEO of Megacorp, Mr. Fizzwidget, who is providing him with resources in exchange for his surfaces. He also insulted Ratchet for being gullible and being used by Fizzwidget so easily, which enfuriated Ratchet. The lombax eventually busted in and fought off Shego. Both she and Drakken made their escape while Ratchet helped out Kim.
The group, after having reunited and having included Lilo and Stitch, ran into Drakken again, who was holding out the shuttle parts that he took back. The group went after them with Stitch really wanting to get back at him for having been abducted by the evil genius during their previous encounter. They eventually cornered him, forcing him to give back the parts that he stole, but then Shego reappeared, having collected everything they needed to remodify the ISSF. Both he and Shego returned to the Solana Galaxy while the group stayed in Bogon to finish up their missions.
After returning to the ISSF, Drakken got to work on incorporating the tech and resources that they received from Megacorp into the space station. Within that timeframe, they discovered the real reason why the space station was built: the persons who payed Dr. Possible to build his dream installed a massive space laser that was capable of incinerating all life on the surface of an entire planet. Shego was mortified and disgusted upon finding this out, but Drakken planned to use this to take over the world, although, he would never actually use it.
After Kim, Ratchet, Ron and Clank finished up their mission in Bogon, they returned to the ISSF to finish what they started. They faced off against Drakken and the newly modified ISSF. He attempted to use the outer security system that he installed but Kim and Ron were successful in diverting his attention so that Ratchet and Clank could blast open the entrance. After that, Drakken decided to let them in, knowing full well that Kim would be devastated upon finding out the true nature of the space station. He challenged them to fight through as a means of finding out why the space station was built. He made many strides to prevent their advances, but they fought through. At one point, the inner security system was succeeding in derailing their efforts, but Drakken was supposed to test the security system and had forgotten. They system then started to malfunction much to the annoyance of Shego and the AI that was built into the system. He then had Shego sent out to fight them, to which she happily obliged.
