Dorothy is a female magician ("witch") with red hair who covets her childhood friend Seravy's title of strongest magician in the world. She originally had blond hair as a child, but as she got older, she dyed it red. She adopted her student Shiine from his father Access.
She owns her own tower and graduated from Urara School. Seravy designed his doll Elizabeth after her childhood appearance.
