The Doom Slayer (also known by the UAC as DM1-5, DOOM Marine or The Slayer, the Demons of Hell as the Doom Slayer, the Unchained Predator, or the Hell Walker) is the protagonist and playable character in Doom (2016), Quake Champions, and in Doom Eternal and it's two DLCs Ancient Gods part 1 & 2.
The Doom Slayer is the future version of the famous character Doomguy who went through years of killing demons and was infused with the power of the creator of the doom universe. The Slayer is cold and unforgiving and holds rage towards all demons for killing his rabbit Daisy, his wife, and child making the Slayer unstoppable and only growing in his rage. The Slayer would join ARC to finally wipe out all demonic life and ended up destroying both that of Heaven and Hell. The Slayer is so powerful that he killed both God and the Devil during his adventures and made demons mostly if not completely extinct. Now the Slayer rests in a deep slumber waiting until the world needs him again, which in turn he'll raise to rip and tear until it is done.
Powers and Abilities
- Transcendent Human Physiology - The Slayer was once a human but due to being combined with the power of Dark Lord, allowing him to live forever and not need to eat or drink, making him immortal.
- Argent Energy Absorption - The Slayer can absorb Argent Energy to greatly increase his abilities.
- Destruction Empowerment - The Slayer becomes stronger and stronger after killing each foe, for he absorbs their soul after their death.
- Rune Absorption and Usage - the Slayer can use various ancient runes to teleport or complete missions.
- Superhuman Strength - The Slayer has superhuman strength and He can lift a 3 tons with his hands and throw it away with his utmost effort and tear apart demons with his bare hands or break down steel doors with ease.
- Superhuman Speed - the Slayer has superhuman speed, he is fast enough to dodge lasers.
- Superhuman Durability - The Slayer has superhuman durability, he has survived blows that would have killed normal people of his size.
- Praetor Suit - The Slayer wears highly advanced and powerful armor, this armor can let him breathe underwater and in space.
- Super Shotgun - The Slayer's go-to weapon, this powerful double weapon can blast heads off with ease.
- BFG-9000 - The Big F*cking Gun 9000 is a highly powerful plasma weapon that can shatter a Cyberdemon with two hits.
- Crucible - The Slayer wields a powerful demonic sword that was capable of killing the Icon of Sin.
- Weaponry Expert - The Slayer is an expert on all weaponry and can use any weapon he finds.
- Combat Skills - The Slayer is an expert in combat and can easily defeat the strongest of foes.
