Doduo

Doduo is a large bird Pokemon. Doduo is known for having 2 heads. It can run really fast and can be ridden on. It is also a Flying type despite how it looks.

Doduo's two heads never sleep at the same time. Its two heads take turns sleeping, so one head can always keep watch for enemies while the other one sleeps.

Doduo's two heads contain completely identical brains. A scientific study reported that on rare occasions, there will be examples of this Pokémon possessing different sets of brains.

When Doduo evolves in to a Dodrio, it grows a third head.

Its name is a combination of dodo, the extinct flightless bird, and duo.

Its Japanese, ドードー Dodo, comes from the extinct bird.

Ultimate Story

Ness owns a Doduo. He used it in a Pokemon battle against Trainers when he was the final Gym Leader.
