Doctor Moro is a major antagonist who appears in the two-part "Fossil Fools" episode of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is a deranged mad scientist who is an expert on dinosaurs.
Doctor Moro is of the same species as Tiff and Tuff. He is dressed just like a scientist, has tufty gray hair and a gray mustache, and blue sunglasses.
Doctor Moro is the cliche mad scientist who has an expertise on dinosaurs in order to create an army of dinousaur-like monsters by using the DNA of various denizens of Cappy Town. He also shows a similar mindset to those working to Nightmare Enterprises, as he states to King Dedede that he would build a state-of-the-art laboratory and then discuss his exorbitant fee. Dr.Moro is hired on by N.Trophy to assist in his plans through Customer Service to help in his plans. Moro gets to work on assisting The N.Trophies with their plans.
Part 3[]
Moro finds a way to clone certain creatures for Melvin Borg to use in his plans respectfully for Jermome Elementary High School
He and Melvin Borg manage to keep their clone working work at bay as they have uncovered more work for N.Tropy to use in his plans for mutation which he gives to Krell to lead on the heroes.
Chapter 3[]
Doctor Moro is busy looking into work respectfully and decides to ressurect some dinosaurs, but he also considers mining for a particular kind of fossil so N.Tropy can use for his ends in his grand plan. He places down the Chronoton Detonator in Trolberg after acquired it for N.Tropy who took note of how it was used back in Townsville a while ago and how it froze that town for a while until it was destroyed.
Chapter 4[]
Dr.Moro managed to find a trace of the fossil N.Tropy had seeked out and hands it to him to use for his machine which he found with Volo. Moro decides on his own idea to plague the group, he notices the DNA Sample Spot has gotten and the idea comes to him.
He is then present with Polly Sparks and Volo respectfully to use the former's ability to assess some travel and Moro decides to use the time machine to retrieve the Red Orb for N.Tropy. He is though warned about not breaking the time line rules by Polly Sparks having learnt her mistakes
Part 2[]
Dr.Moro goes back into the Hoenn Region to begin to keep acting on what N.Tropy is wanting. He is quick to notice that the kids are coming after him, and he decides to use what Spot gave him with Hilda, and he makes clones of dinosaurs of Hilda's DNA as well. he also takes some finding he found at Alto Mare and makes fossil Pokemon as well to keep the 4 preoccupied
Dr.Moro heads to Mt.Pyre and decides that he will find what he needs over there respectfully as that is what B.P suggested to him. He had made a contigency and thanks To Crocker capturing Phinium and Lydia, he cloned dinosaurs using their DNA and uses them when the girls and Clyde arrives and uses his time to swipe the Red Orb respectfully as Clyde and Dawn go to stop him and destroy his samples
Moro returns with the Red Orb and hands it to his employers and explains how Volo was right on that was the way to go.
Chapter 5[]
Dr.Moro and Volo manage to discover some of N.Tropy's associates are betraying the boss respectfully. The two decide to find a way to get rid of them by sending them to Area 51 to be put away forever. He also decides on having them do one last task before expiring and that is kill Hilda's grandparents respectfully. As he begins with Volo to start creating what N.Tropy has in mind
Dr. Moro with Volo help bring N.Trophies's creation to life before running with the others to participate in the final invasion. He attacks Flying Rhino Jr High with his own dinosaurs and uses them to place all the heroes in a bad spot
Hilda and her friends arrive and Mulder, Scully, Jaune, Johanna, Hilda and the villains blow up Dr.Moro respectfully for loyally aiding N.Tropy in his great destructive plan
