Dr. Brown is a mad scientist, with rather eccentric and dramatic manners, but also a very kind person. He invented the flux capacitor, that makes time travel possible, and built a time machine out of a DeLorean car. Despite its ingenuity, his invention caused many problems and often changed the History of Hill Valley, the films'setting.
LOTM: Next Gen Island Tour[]
Doc first appears in the Sea Temple regarding the Apples of Eden which he time traveled to see their creation and then came back. He brings up their history and joins up to help in the case. Doc asks Isabela did she place the apples in the seals and explains that they power the temple allowing it to float or leave the sea. Once the Templars and Assassins began battling over them, the temple sunk into the sea which was used for predictions that are accurate unlike the Maryans. Doc heads to the temple with the team and they learn about the predictions such as the Trigger where Doc Brown offers to convert the Delorean to go underwater which Lava Girl instantly agrees with. When vampires enter the temple, Doc alerts the team where Bass, Isabella, Bianca, Sylvester, Colress and May all act on them.Doc and Bass call everyone to the delorean so they can leave after the temple is saved
Doc shows up again with the crew having made his Delorean be capable of underwater travel which he uses to reach their next destination. Doc and the crew almost are there to the island of the trigger's location and he tells the crew to be cautious as Jesse or Blackgurumon could make a move there. Doc is refueling the delorean once they arrive with garbage by using his Mr.Fusion as he once used plutoium but he made gasoline obslete as Bass puts with this. He also tells Isabella about their other guy. Doc announces to the crew that Jesse is on the move and that they must take down him and his forces. Doc is the most willing to befriend the other heroes which he does immediatly when Slade and Bender make plans. Doc joins with Cas though he doesn't go with them to a bar since he can't handle his liquor. When Burford arrives, Doc gets Lydia and Louise to help him save Diaval and he gets into a confrontation with BUrford who is angry at Doc for whiskey and a horse and threats to have him killed. Doc joins up with Castiel in hunting down and chasing Buford to catch him. Everyone joins up and destroys the Internment camp, burning it to the ground with "Another Brick in the Wall" while killing any army remaining. Doc follows Castiel in his mission and helps out Dib and the others when Jack Bauer brings them to him.
Castiel and his friends are on the same mission as Bender and his buddies which is use the ocarnina to open a door as Sylvester gave one to them. Castiel and Free Will Members get to the entrance where Lydia who has the ocarina uses it to open the door with Zelda's Lullaby
Return of The Weirdmageddon Cult[]
Doc is contacted by Lydia and Castiel to join up with them to combat Toffee and Bill Cipher who have returned and their newly formed cult.
Chapter 1[]
Ford meanwhile who has been doing his own thing, exploring the world he ends up being a witness to Lord Dominator, Ushari, Glomgold, and The Reformation Sergant ressurect Tofee and Bill Cipher somehow made a return too while he was doing research. While Ford isn't seen, he almost gets heard by the Disney Villains and travels to the Adult Swim Verse. Rick Sanchez who like Ford works on a science expermient sees a portal where Ford comes out and Rick calls Ford for being rude for interrupting his work with Morty who is with him. Ford takes Rick away from Morty to share notes about what Ford witnessed and Rick deducts that it has something to do with the mutiverse and the resurfacing of weirdness in Gravity Falls and to look into Ford's bunker for notes about Bill Cipher. The Ressurected Tofee howver is on their heels waiting for them to leave the Bunker. So he and his forces can destroy the bunker. Ford discovers a ressurection chant was how Bill managed to come back, Rick almost bails out on account of that it's a Ford mission, not one of his. Ford convinces Rick to help him mentioning Morty will be targeted eventually and so will everyone Rick cares about and Rick's own freedom will be taked away. Rick mumbles how Ford knows where to get him and puts a contact to Doc Brown and Cas.
Doc Brown and Castiel with Crowley in tow arrive through a portal like Rick's portal gun created and Ford questions how the demon knows and came along for the ride, with Rick pressuing Crowley on the matter. Crowley informs the men of the return of Bill and Toffee, Which Rick states that they already know that with his new army, Crowley snarks back pointing that he's a king, the king of hell and a demon and that Toffee attacked his domain just a little ago and stoles Weaponry from Hell with an arms dealer as an inside man. Ford fears Lydia is in real trouble with Toffee and Bill back and both of them probaly wanting to get revenge on her or kill her. Castiel agrees with Ford and makes a quick search among the muliverses with one of Rick's inventions, Rick and Cas find the locatiion and note how Lincolin, Amanda and Cleo are there too. Doc who has done some adjustments on the Delorean with Ford to house more people to pick up the others as they lack another vechicle of transportation.
Ford arrives with Castiel, Doc Brown and Crowley who stop other soliders of Toffee from attacking the kids. Ford brings the kids up to date with Toffee, Bill and the other Disney Villains, he saw. Lydia is a bit worried about the resufracing of her two advesaries who singled her out during the Spear of Destiny situation and how they returned, Lincolin also shows worry that Bill and Toffee is out to kill both himself and Lydia. Lydia takes Lincolin aside and they discuss that as bad as it is that the duo has returned, this may been a solution to their situations or at worst help. Lincolin correctly assumes that Lydia just wants Amanda and Cleo to be her family to some extent due to her bond with them like Ford being like a dad figure to her, yet with the former it's obvous the two are in disagreements regarding her. Lydia concides with this point, but it's been a while since she went on a quest with her other friends, as she has only done things with Lincolin, Ford, Ronnie Anne and Sid though Lincolin doesn't take that aspect seriously understanding her view point. Ronnie asks for Lincolin and Lydia to join them in the portal to the bunker with Ford, Lydia and Linc follow suit.
Ford, Lydia, Lincolin, Amanda, Cleo, Castiel, Doc and Rick all read the important paper Ford still had outside his bunker which details a plan Ford has to defeat Bill which he didn't succeed in the first time due to a complication. Ford tells the group they need to find zodiac signs, 10 of them to bring down Bill. While Lydia, Lincolin, Rick and Doc get it, Amanda, Cleo and Castiel don't and ask how Ford knows this. Ford explains that Bill Cipher is more personal to him they know and theorizes that Bill is really trying to go after Ford and is using his bonds with Lydia and Lincolin to do so.
Chapter 2[]
As Doc decided to drive his car on auto drive. Except for Lydia and Lincolin, Ford succeeds in waking everyone up and tells them about his encounter with Bill in his head.
Doc believes that Bill Cipher must be some sort of dream demon if he can do that without being at full power, as that what' Rick belives is Bill's goal at the current moment to revive his full power. Qui Gon senses trouble in Ford about his encounter with Bill and offers a word with him on the matter. Ford asks Amanda and Cleo to talk about the plan to obtain the question mark zodiac.
Castiel wondering what is taking the six of them so long decides to go after him through Blissina points out that there is a 2nd symbol here and Doc identifies it as the Liama symbol and Filmore thinks that the rest of the team should go looking for it and questions why Ford asked them to stay. Crowley liking the idea decides to ask Doc where to go for it.
Castiel, Blissina, Filmore, Craft, Crowley, Dawn, Doc, James Rogers, Jin, Shark Boy, Lava Girl ,Louise Beltcher, May, Qui Gon, Ronnie Anne and Sid Chang all take a lead to grasslands as that is the most likely place to find it with May and Dawn leading the way using one of their Pokemon to guide the way for any one else who will come. Craft, Blissina, Doc, Jin, Qui Gon, Shark Boy and Lava Girl are keeping guard of the others as Castiel and Crowley are busy with something else and this is when Craft starts pratciing firing his guns and this is when Promethus arrives and shot no less by Craft. Where he, Pinstripe and I-ROK show up with an army against them. The group gets ready to fight though Qui Gon and Doc both realize that the others might be defenseless with this distraction. Blissina states that Crowley and Cas may have their back while leading the group with Lava Girl and Jin with Shark Boy wondering what the two are even doing.
Chapter 3[]
Rick alongside, Filmore and Doc Brown deduct the next location where Toffee's operations are located and it's in Space so they must head to Space so they get to work on a rocket ship. Ford, Qui Gon and Craft offers to assist and away they go.
Doc joins Ford in his investigation and encounters Bill and Toffee who are putting their next component to work and talks Ford down from trying to act without reason to save the others. He and Ford do run across Mandarin who damages some of their equipment but decide to flee with that being the only thing he wanted to do. Doc and Ford find Amanda and Cleo who are both giving chase to Lord Dominator and they join them. Doc drives the Delorean to chase her and has Amanda jump to attack the rest of her ship and minions while he navigates to find the rest of the team with Cleo and Ford.
Chapter 4[]
Crowley and Castiel on their own assignment tells Doc and Rick about their processon on the symbols they have acquired and that they are essential to stopping Bill as fail safe. Doc questions how can that be and Castiel tells Doc that even a being like him has weaknesses and it's about trying to find a way to trap him and stop him, he even tells them that with all that unicorn hair around the multiverse, Bill despite his power can't really take too much direction so they have time. Crowley mocks Doc for it, and state that he doesn't have time, and that pateince isn't a virtue he has and that he would rather bury the isocles in the ground right now. Rick agrees with Crowley but it's Ford's call as he knows BIll better than anyone here.
Rick and Doc Brown have managed to find the space stations that will help them find another symbol. Rick explains that it's a shooting star and they must some way to obtain and this gets skepticalness from many of the others with Ford, Amanda, Crowley and Castiel being the only 4 who believe this is possible. Rick scolds the others for not beleiving this can do possible. Doc goes in further detail that it can be done but has a feeling that the Weriedmagon Cult might be on this one too. He calls it gut feeling and Ford concedes to that and that's when they're instantly shot by Lord DOminator and Toffee who decided to not take chances immediately. Toffee splits the Villains up to go after the 18 characters in their groups of 2.
Doc and Louise were not stranded out of the ship like the others and they struggle to try get the ship to safety to save the rest, Doc gets in contact with the rest and states that he is going to try to get to the station and try to do repairs there but they need to get rid of the villains first. Louise finds a mini ship and takes it to stall Lord Dominator's fleet while Doc manages to barely avoid the other attacks thanking himself for giving everyone oxygen and space helmets before the attack
Chapter 5[]
Lydia, Lincolin, Ford, Amanda, Cleo, Castiel, Rick, Crowley, Blissina, Shark Boy, Lava Girl, Ronnie Anne, Louise, May, Dawn, Doc and James Rogers Arrive at Newtopia. Ford and Rick lecture the group about Amphibia and that this is a new land to all them and to be extra careful.
Lincolin asks Ford about what to do regarding Craft, Ford says that Doc will stay and keep a eye, as he is the oldest of the team, Doc does question this, considering Ford and Rick are old themselves.
Rick says at least he's armed and is agressive to match and Ford states that he's pretty much in charge so it's can't be him. Doc work on recircuting Craft and he patiently waits. Doc is busy putting getting the tools to finish the repairs as Ushari watches with patience. Doc is just about done when Ushari attacks Doc and bites him and Doc tries thrusting him off and Ushari continues to try to bite the Doc, Doc gets a sniper rifle and aims a shot at the cobra which does hit Ushari and Ushari recoils with Doc grabbing Ushari asking how did he get here and where is Toffee when he collapses so Ushari makes his excape but limbing a bit.
Chapter 10 (Final Chapter)[]
He recovered from his coma like the others after Bill's defeat, After being told of the situation he congratulates the team for saving the multiverse and he is seen dropping off Amanda back to her father with Crowley in toll

Chapter 3[]
A rift is felt in time and this is noticed by Doctor Enemett Brown who states that it looks like the space time conitumm is being meddled with. He hasn't noticed something like this since the Spear of Destiny situation and he asks for his kids, Jules and Verne
Jules asks what's up and Doc states that he will need their help to stop the space time contimm from falling apart as it looks like it's happening. Jules ask for the delorean or the train to use, Doc states the train and hands him the keys and tells him to try and get the rest of Team Free Will
Verne asks Doc where it's coming from, Doc states Sinnoh by the looks of it and they need to get there as soon as they can. Verne states if they should worry about this, Doc states they shall and this will be a true test to him as one of the few who can still time travel due to his reponsibility as a time traveler due to that rule that The Time Comission passed.
Jules gets the train and states that he was unable to get Team Free Will, as Ford is in beyond communication, Dawn's Pokeapp isn't working, the others are in unreachable places and Lincoln and Lydia both deactivated their phones. Doc states that it looks they will have to do this themselves or at least rely on lady luck here. As Doc and his family set off to investigate.
Chapter 4[]
Doc with Jules and Verne arrive in Sinnoh separatly from Lydia and her party. He decides that he must investigate the situation and with his son's help he discovers that The Smoking Man has returned. Though he suspected someone who have came back as when he was told about The Spear's use. Doc thought to himself the possibility of The Space Time Conitumm being changed or messed with.
He also discovers what Operation Countdown is truly about with the help of Jules and Verne. Knowing that he must be in contact with the top minds of the region, he heads to Sandgem and then Twinleaf Town.
Doc does end up meeting up with Dawn, Lincoln and Lydia. He asks them why didn't they answer his communciation attempt when they're here. He finds out that they didn't know and it's just them. Doc understands and introduces his kids to the three.
Doc, Jules and Verne explain what Operation Countdown is to the others and that it's The Smoking Man's plan to control the multiverse by not conquering it, but more forcing people to accept it by using the creation trio's power and harnessing for his usage, spefically the being that can control time so that he can control the multiverse and have anyone who says nay killed with something with an excessive appteitre
Jules, Verne, Lincoln and Lydia understand well what he means, and using what they heard from Professor Rowan about Arecus. It's decided that they need to get the plates of Arecus so it can help out against them and potentially other legendaries
Deciding to start with the west side, Doc heads after the Earth and Splash Plate with his kids and Cassie
Cassie heads off with Doc and his kids and decides to start at Twinleaf Town and as Doc takes his Delorean and drives it. Though he sets to it fo fly so he doesn't hit any pokemon on the way. Jules shows their plate tracker as they fly in the car past Sandgem Town. Cassie asks where the first one is and Jules tells her that they are two that they can get and the first one they're going after is past Jubilffe City and in a cavern.
Cassie decides she will get the first one as she looks at her stature and stinger costumes. She asks which one to use respectfully, She likes the stature costume more because red suits her, but she likes the stinger costume because she can fly. This confuses both of Doc's kids and Doc just tells her to put on a costume.
She chooses her stinger costume and decides to shrink herself as she flies in the Oreburgh Gate
Doc radios her and tells that the Earth Plate is in the basement, so she needs to down under to fine it which she does.
After she gets the Earth Plate
Cassie asks now where to and Doc states Route 220 where Sandgem is south. Jules and Doc both take the delorean
As Doc and Jules are traveling the sea with the Delorean, they do manage to see the second plate they're looking for and it's the Splash Plate. Doc goes to get as Jules and Verne hang on to their father as Cassie observes, Doc manages to snag the plate and reports to the others that he has acquired their 2 plates and they will meet them at the nearest locale as Doc tries to et away from Tentacool firing Acids at him and as he goes up he hits Wingulls to Cassie and Doc's kids delight.
As They all return with their 6 plates that cover the east side of Mt.Coronet this is when time and space both fall out of whack for everyone involved as Doc predicted The Smoking Man has managed to cause time and space to be disrupted though he hasn't controlled it fully with the Red Chain that he and Mandible took from Team Galactic.
After the effects temporatiy wore off, Doc gets Lincoln and Lydia in his deloran and with his kids drop them off at the cabin saying that after their guardians visit, tell them and they'll head to where to debrief next.
Cassie, Kelly, Martin, Sam, Jordy and Dawn all manage to have most of the effects wear off as it was temporary but Cassie finds notes from Doc that tells them that The Smoking Man is planning something big and is potentially even eying the Lake Trio as well as they did make a rec chain before with the help of Charon.
Chapter 5[]
Doc arrives in the delorean to pick up Lydia and Lincoln to bring them back to Sinnoh, and Upon being informed of the legendary pokemon, he shows that he has constructed Master Balls to succeed in this task respectfully.
As well as the plates, Doc brings Lincoln, Lydia, and his kids with them and figures that they might as well as target the Icicle Plate, Mind and Stone Plates. He also reveals he want Lydia and Lincoln to inform the two that he intends to retire from adventuring for other reasons like May and Dawn. Though it's mostly him and May as he tells them.
They goes after the plates and Doc finds himself with the others fighting the General Ant Manitible and Jimmy The Polar Bear who are more direct in going after them then Captain Putty is. He actually does get attacked by Jimmy while he's trying to save his kids and this proves why he was intent to retire. Doc even reveals he wants to take a well earned vacation after all this to start his retirement.
Doc then finds out about the Time Eater through certain work investigation and tells Lincoln and Lydia about it as well as his kids
Chapter 6[]
Doc figures out the remaining plates are in the Battle Arena of Sinnoh as he overhears Dawn talking with Rowan. He gets the Delorean ready to get the team ready, though he is surprised that Lincoln and Lydia decided to stay behind for some reasons.
Doc drives the Delorean and ponders about the Time Eater and what will the Smoking Man want to do with it and how will he succeed with his plans with it. After he and the others arrive in Battle Arena. He talks to May and Dawn about why the kids stayed behind, May thinks Lincoln and Lydia have romance with each other in mind and wanted to be alone while Dawn and Doc feel that they want to complete the plan and separate the Conpsiracy's efforts
He heads to Stark Mountain with Kelly and Cassie, and sends his kids to find the Fairy Plate respectfully. They find the flame plate as they climb the mountain and they have to deal with Charon's Agents who they fight to get see Heatran.
Doc still has some custom Master Balls to use on Heatran which work and allow them to have the magma creature in their hands. Doc realizes that CSM has stopped Operation Countdown as the Time Eater has been used due to what he feels and he flies the rest back to Snow Point City. He watches as Brenner rushs in and saves Lincoln and Lydia while getting shot himself.
With Cassie and Dawn, Doc figures out CSM is heading to Veilstone City and gives chase.

Doc and the others arrive in Veilstone City and he helps the kids deal with Charon and his grunts by using Regigigas. He tracks The Smoking Man heading to Spear Pillar and notices the Time Eater
He brings Cassie and his kids with him to deal with the Time Eater to stop time from being devouredNoticing Cassie's plan, he follows suit with the Time Eater and notices the other legendaries and according to his caluclations, they just need to attack those weak spots as they appear to Cassie
After the destruction of The Time Eater, Doc and the others keep The Spear Pillar from collapising
- The Next Day, he opens a time portal to send Cassie and Kelly home before announcing his retirement and taking May, Dawn, Lincoln and Lydia with his kids to Aloha and Hoenn for 6 days.

He discusses with the others namely Ford and Sid about how it all happened and how Doc managed to bring them back. Anne talks with Doc Brown about what just happened and He explains in his own way what happened in when it came to time travel to her as Luz and Ford and Sid knew this.

Doc acted as the one in charge of the vacation. Some wormholes end up openning contains the Ultra Beasts, Which Doc looks see happen and Doc admits he has been fasicanted by the Ultra Beasts and their alien like orgins. He gets his hands on Beast Balls and hands the Kids them to help him contain them. Doc went to Resolution Cave and managed to capture Guzzlord and then regrouped with the others to capture Stakataka and Blacephalon

It turns out N.Tropy and his Alternate Counterpart killed him and a good deal of the orignial Team Free Will. With him and May, though he did them in before the storyline even began as was why Jules And Verne took arms with The Time Agents.
