Doamna Bucurie (Romanian for Miss Joy) is a character created by Fabulous Europe. She is the beautiful ruler of the land of Tulipa. She is also an alternate reality version of Daciana.
Although they look similar, Doamna should not be confused with the enchantress from Beauty and the Beast.
