Divinos, also known as Constructors or the First Rulers were an ancient aquatic race/civilization who were present long before the dawn of the galactic community and even the birth of Ara Astaroth and the formation of Revelation of Qliphoth in the universe of CIS Productions. The Divinos were an advanced race that dominated the galaxy in the time before the arrival of Triggers Hell. Believed to be responsible for a number of large artifacts and anomalous planetary formations and species placements throughout the galaxy, what little was known of the Divinos came from Reality Council's archaeology.
Proud and aloof for earning their title of being the galaxy's first conquerors and masters, they regard themselves as the galaxy's eternal rulers for using their powers and technology to expand and speed the formation of life when the galaxy was in its newborn stage, and think of other races who came after them to be mere tools meant to worship them. With the advent of the Hyvralisks, the Divinos were forced into hiding to preserve themselves from being exterminated by Black Diamond's creations, and were content to observe the Ara Astaroth's experiment while surreptitiously erasing any evidence of their existence over the course of hundreds of millions of years.
Biology[]

Full body
The Divinos were absolutely massive in size and possess a resemblance to Earth centipedes and praying mantis. Divinos are covered in armored plates. The average one was 2.3 kilometers long and weighed anything from 530 tons to 600 tons. At "cruising speed," they could move from 13-24 kph.
Despite their relatively sluggish nature, Divinos can climb vertical surfaces and continued evolution of the strain through muscular augmentation through genetic manipulation has resulted in faster Divinos, increasing their locomotion by up to 25%, both on and off creep. Divinos muscles and tendons are strong and impenetrable by a number of weapons, but have the flexibility of leather.
As Divinos are aquatic, it is believed that they can breathe oxygenated water and their bodies can withstand both the extreme pressure of ocean depths and the lesser pressure of coastal areas. Members of the race have been witnessed at depths of over 5300 meters. It is possible that the Divinos further enhanced themselves cybernetically, allowing them to use element zero to travel through space and breathe air with the use of filtration systems. They might even have modified themselves with Spiral amplifiers.
In addition, their faster-than-light communication pulses require precise control with technology completely unknown to modern science and even to Deus.Ex.Machina Empire. The only ones capable of doing so are Gods and your average demons, angels and Spirits through astral communication without the usage of technology.
History[]
Origin[]

An ancient cave painting of the Divinos dated from at least 1-6 billion year ago
The existence of the Divinos go back to around 40 billion years ago and what little was known of the Divinos owed to the permanence of their cosmological constructions. They were considered one of the earliest and most potent cultures of their time that were identified by the colossal objects they had left behind. Their identities were considered largely a mystery due to lack of information on them. Evidence of their works led many to determine that the galaxy was once visited by these stunningly powerful alien architects but it is speculated by Heis that they evolved on an unknown planet that also produced at least one other sapient species. The Divinos developed the ability to communicate with and dominate land-based sapient species.
Eventually, the Divinos utilized this thrall species' civilization to achieve spaceflight and spread throughout the galaxy, despite their immense size and aquatic nature. Every new species they encountered was enthralled to serve them as slaves or subordinates to form their own galactic empire, and in return, the thralls were cared for and protected against natural disasters or otherworldly invaders. With their dominance assured, Divinos considered themselves the galaxy's rulers.
Galactic Conquest[]
Nevertheless, over 30 million years, this spectacularly powerful colossal species had dominated the stars and had made contact with a number of other species in various states of advancement. Some advanced races retreated from the stars in fear of the Divinos, while others even further and sought refuge in a forced culture of primitivism after attracting their notice. Others frightened civilizations buried their cities beneath immense plastic pyramids and drained their intellects in a last-ditch effort at escaping Divinos' attention since they had no use for primitive races without intelligence.
The Divinos were known to have created a number of projects that took place near Milky Way's Crowell, Kessel, and other sites in the eastern galactic disc. Notable achievements of this race included assembling the Sol system, the Crowell system, the Yicha Cluster, the Kathol Rift, and the Maw black-hole cluster The Crowell system was highly anomalous: chemical composition of the Crowell planets matched no known model of the formation of stars or planetary discs. Mathematical analysis of the system's planetary orbits indicated they had decayed into near-ellipses from perfectly circular orbits, something that was extremely rare. A further 17 star systems had been identified with similar signatures by the end of Third World War on Prime Earth. Thus it was generally accepted by researchers that the Crowell system had been assembled at some point from pre-existing planets that were brought together by a combination of buried planetary repulsors and hyperspace tractor engines.
It was believed that the Divinos were responsible for seeding the Core Worlds of the galaxy with life and in particular with Humans, though some claimed this was the work of another even more powerful alien species. These Architects were held to be responsible for populating the worlds in the Crowell system with Drull, Saloonians, and Humans. While the Drull and Seloonians were believed to be native to their worlds, it was possible that the humans were transplanted to their world by the Divinos using Ara's DNA that was based on Ragnarok Iblis, Spectra and Sequined Sadist's humanoid form which may explain why there are so many human-like species scattered across the galaxy and even in other universes.
Disappearance[]

At some point, it was theorized the Divinos were actually guided and instructed by some higher and more powerful creature or creatures and it was said this x-force was the so-mysterious alien architect who visited the galaxy before all life. Over time, however, they observed that their thralls would frequently build machines to further their technological advanced; these machines consistently rebelled once they grew too advanced and intelligent, wiping out many thrall species over the course of the centuries. With the use of brute strength, they tried to prevent said races from growing too much powerful only to end up losing their faith and rebelling against the Divinos' reign which consequently resulted in the destruction of the inferior races.
In the hope of finding a solution, the Divinos came before the unknown alien architect and asked for their assistance. The result was the creation of an artificial creature born from the Blackness with the mandate to preserve life and find a solution where organic life and machines could co-exist for further inter-galactic expansion. The Divinos failed to perceive Black Diamond as a threat once it grew even more intelligent and gained own free will, a courtesy of their unknown alien God named Astaroth. As the Black Diamond sought out the means to fulfill its mandate, it created an army of brainwashed organics that were dispatched to collect genetic data from species throughout the galaxy, little did the Divinos know that Astaroth had actually instructed Black Diamond to find a solution where life could exist forever in peace. Eventually, the diamond came to the conclusion that the Divinos themselves were part of the problem and an obstacle on Astaroth's goals to preserve life, and turned against them.
Despite the Divinos' efforts to stop Black Diamond's army, the Fallen Diamonds broke through their galactic barrier and waged a war of extermination upon them. Black Diamond's betrayal of its creators was sudden and devastating. Its army slaughtered most of the Divinos and brutally assaulted their homeworld until it exploded after a series of attempts to erase the center of their empire. When the Divinos came before Astaroth, she ignored their existence and left them at the mercy of Black Diamond since they were now part of her experiment. The surviving Divinos went into hiding, while the Black Diamond used its new army to begin the cyclical harvest of the galaxy's species to create more artificial Hyvralisks, all in an effort to solve the problem of preserving life before all galactic life could end in an eventual war against machines and technology as a whole.
As the Divinos hid in different corners of the galaxy, some were hidden behind clusters, some inside of clouds of gases, some at the very center of the galaxy while others decided to return to their natural habitat in aquatic worlds. Resigned to the Black Demons' reign, they focused their efforts on ensuring the survival of their species and kept themselves hid for billion years where neither Black Diamond's army or Astaroth's new Black Demons could find their hideout.
Legacy[]
Despite their achievements, little evidence remained of where the Divinos came from and what was their eventual fate in the eyes of the galactic community. Many of their extraordinary works and machines were known to have survived the ages with some races claiming their engineering marvels as products of their own civilization.
In the years of modern humanity, some believed that the Divinos were a higher order of God-like beings that guided the events of the galaxy, though many dismissed this theory as deities don't need technology to expand their realm across other worlds.
Culture[]
Virtually nothing was known of the Divinos. No record of the Divinos' true name exists, no ruins are attributed to their civilization, and no influence on other races has been recorded except for a few unknown colossal constructions that are too aged to be completely studied and what was their purpose. The only traces of their existence known to remain are ancient rock paintings depicting them in almost every planet with life (or once had) and colossal technological constructions that are still wandering in the darkness of the galaxy's void for billion years.

Trivia[]
- Divinos comes from the Latin "Divine" in English. A reference to the theory that Divinos were once a god-like race born with the same power of actual deities by the mere miracle of nature.
- They share the same background of the now non-canon Abyssals, both are aquatic deep sea cretures born with god-like powers of mind control and possess colossal sizes inspired by Biblical monsters and Lovecraftian-inspired creatures.
- Powerful creatures that dwell in the sea and influence life on land using telepathy is strongly present in the works of H. P. Lovecraft, namely, the Call of Cthulhu.
