Captain Dick Simmons (known also as Simmons 2.0) is a Red vs Blue character. He's part of the Red Team.
He is voiced by Gustavo Sorola.
He is a human with cybernetic enhancements that were created by Sarge. Basically he was probably just a human before the beginning of the series.
Simmons claims to be Dutch-Irish. A running gag in Red vs Blue is when some characters get Simmons' heritage mixed up.
He has a complex friendship with Grif.
