Diamond Tiara is a character from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
She is voiced by Chantal Strand, who also voiced her mother Spoiled Rich
Diamond Tiara is a fellow classmate of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, best friend of Silver Spoon, and daughter of Filthy Rich and Spoiled Rich.
She's the Class President at her school, and is usually seen bullying the Cutie Mark Crusaders by calling them "blank flanks" due to not having their cutie marks yet. In Season 5, this was later revealed to be from her mother's patronizing attitude toward socially lower ponies.
After standing up to her mother, Diamond Tiara changed and started helping her classmates as well as her former rivals and was even amazed to see their newly earned cutie marks.
