Detroit, Michigan (affectionately nicknamed the Motor City) is a real world location. It is located in the southeastern most part of the state of Michigan. It is the state's biggest city. The city was well know for introducing the "Big Three" automotive companies (Ford, Chrysler, General Motors).
In the Multi-Universe, Detroit is the main setting of Transformers Animated, as Sari Sumdac hails from Detroit. Detroit also appears in the Call of Duty universe in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, where it is in a much worse condition that it is presently. In the Red vs. Blue universe, it is stated that Lavernius Tucker hails from Detroit.
