Oliver Queen, also known as Dark Arrow, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Eobard Thawne) of the 2017 Arrowverse crossover "Crisis on Earth-X". He is also the unseen overarching antagonist in the web series, Freedom Fighters: The Ray.
He is the Nazi version of Earth-1's Oliver Queen, the final Führer of the New Reich, the husband of Overgirl, and leader of the New Reichsmen. He hails from Earth-X and arrives on Earth-1 as part of an invasion force. Despite their plans of conquering Earth-1, his main motivation is to capture Supergirl in order to steal her heart and implant it into his dying wife.
Like his Earth One counterpart, he was portrayed by Stephen Amell.

Chronicles of Zaragoza[]
Dark Arrow serves as the 3rd and final main villain of Chronicles of Zaragoza.
Chapter 6: The Arrival of Earth X[]
Dark Arrow was first seen invading the dimenision with his men as he brings them into it as he fights A Resistance formed to fight back against him. With the help of this followers, he captures all but the leader Luan Loud who was going after him
Recognizing her as a threat to him, he has his henchmen tail her to see who she goes after. Dark Arrow uses a Chronoton Dentoator respectively that he receieved and uses to cause another time crack this time sending Cassie and the others back in time and this gets the attention of Cavendish and Dakota who decdie to go after him as well.
He recognizes the heroes, Luan goes after as his ally Simon Bar Sinister informed him of what he dealt with in Payback 2.0. Dark Arrow deciding that Luan will bring down his plans with them, he recruits Chloe and makes her a living akuma to deal with Eliza.
As the heroes split up, he decides to have his allies go after them and target Eliza and her friends for refusing to work for him. He orders his men to keep the hacker around as she will be needed to crack the answers for what he seeks to conquer the multiverse unambiguously.
He first attacks them in Japan with his crew as he sends his wife Over Girl to retrieve the others and makes a real show against them, showing why he is still The Oliver Queen there was. He doesn't defeat them but does have his hostages trap ready to go thanks To Over Girl
It was revealed that he murdered Luan's love Benny Stein for the obvious crime, and he also murdered many of her sisters and mother for refusing to help in part to them qualfiying for his ideal person. These Actions have droven Luan to try and find any way to counter and defeat the dark archer and it's revealed that he seeks The Tesseract as his first play due to it's power.
Dark Arrow discovers the Tesseract in Los Angeles and sends his forces while joining them to get from Invincible and Atom Eve who Cecil was in contact with. With the help of his mooks, he nearly gets his hands on it but is stopped by Dakota and Cavendish.
The other heroes arrive, and he fights with Spider Luan using the fact he still has her friends to try and blackmail her, Luan isn't biting and is hell bent on avenging her family against him going full out trying to kill him. He does eventually force himself to stand down after they threat his wife Over Girl and he retreats preparing to fight another day
When questioned on this, he managed to get a delightful consolation prize as Dr.Elsa and Dolf give Dark Arrow a certain scepter.
Chapter 7: X Marks the Spot[]
Dark Arrow discovers that the scepter contains the Mind Stone and puts it to use quickingly. He controls innocent people with it to use them to serve his agendas, he then gets his allies to split up upon seeing Luan and Ren. Sending off Stormfront and Elsa to the heavy lifting on them. As he and Overgirl lead their own operatives to pursue Eliza and her friends.
Fighting Eliza, her parents, Cecil and Larke manages to work against them and he decides he needs to confirm they have the space stone respectfully. Dark Arrow tries then to secure the Reality Stone from them.
He nearly manages to get the Reality Stone but is nearly killed by it's power forcing Over Girl to go save him. Which leads the others to get the Reality Stone, Dark Arrow takes this well as he has The Time Stone now due to their 2 other associates securing them
Dark Arrow oversees the artifacts Elsa Schindler got for him and he is pleased seeing an opporunity for themselves to insure the upperhand against Neo Vought respectfully. Now all they need to do is ensure where the remaining 2 stones are.
Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand[]
Dark Arrow learns of the stones being in Felicity and Overgirl is dying, he decides to help save his wife using this. He has aligned with new allies and Thawne to his displeasure who he needs to help save Overgirl. He also goes against Bender, Marcy and Slade's Empire as well who help Cavendish and Dakota against them. Through Thawne he kidnaps Felicity and comes close to removing the energy within her to save his wife. He learns of the Soul Stone through Elsa and goes with his friend Promethus X to get it and when he gives his life to insure he gets it. Dark Arrow is upset about this, and returns to deal with the heroes and to harness the energy out of Felicity to save his wife.
Dark Arrow then fights the heroes to his last breath being killed by Eliza, Luan, Felicity powered by the stones and the others. He accepts his death as long as he can be there with his wife which Luan for all her hate accepts.
