Dr. Dabney Donovan is a brilliant yet eccentric scientist and former head and co-founder with Paul Westfield of the Cadmus Project. He did not believe in the boundaries of laws or human rights, and that there should be no restriction on experimenting with the human genome. Dr. Donovan is responsible for creating various genetic creations. He created the Hairies, a group of mentally enhanced hippies who developed a unique habitat that blended science and nature.
