Description[]

The supreme leader among members of the Viper Force is the true mastermind behind all evil schemes. Once the grand chancellor of the Holy Baltan Empire, after the Empire's defeat, he regards the Earthlings as a major threat that must be eliminated, and secretly plans a series of evil conspiracies.

With a cold and arrogant personality, with a demon-like overweening evil mind and power, his lifelong dream is to rule over the universe. Dedicated to the Holy Baltan Empire only hoped to use the power of the Demon Emperor, until the empire was defeated by the Earth Army, he turned the universe into his own sinister goal, concentrated on cultivating a new force of the Viper Force, and waited for the time to retaliate against the people on earth.

Trivia[]

  • Dugeon Messiah can't be same character with Baltan Messiah, despite both having the "Messiah" surname and both used to serve the position as the Empire's chancellor. Baltan is redeem villain, while Dugeon is pure villain/super villain.
    • Albeit initially serving the opposite side as the heroes, B is established to have genuinely paid close attention to citizens of the Empire and constantly devoting himself to improve the Empire's infrastructure for the sake of their wellbeing. On the other hand, D only served the Empire solely for selfish reasons, and hardly actually care about the citizens or even the Empire itself at all.
  • Despite having the appearance of a 30-year-old, Dugeon is actually 70 years old. This makes him younger than B (who was stated to be 27 during New Generation Version 5 and thus should be 43 in Galaxy Epoch Version 5 where D debuts, neither 30 nor 70) subjectively but much older physically.
  • Ironically, both Messiahs eventually died in the series. B got killed by him in Galaxy Epoch Version 5, while D got killed by Vice President Niel & Niel Junior in Galaxy Epoch Ver 7.
