Cyclops is a character from the comic book series X-Men from Marvel Comics. The first X-Man, Scott Summers who possess the mutant ability to draw ambient energy from another dimension through his eyes which are actually portals to the dimension, he usually channels this energy into force blasts. He's visually distinctive for the ruby quartz visor he wears to control his destructive power. He's considered to be a born leader of X-Men, Cyclops succeeded his mentor Professor Charles Xavier to command the X-Men.
