Cthulhu is a creation of H.P. Lovecraft, first appearing in the story "The Call of Cthulhu" in 1928. He is one of the main Great Old Ones of the Lovecraft Mythos, a race of alien deities that are comparable to cosmic beings and arch-demons in other works of fantasy.
Cthulhu is probably one of the most evil and smartest villains of all Multi-Universe series and he will be one of the most threatening and dangerous main villains in Miracle Elite Storyline.

The Return of Pandora[]
Cthulhu doesn't belong any of the villains teams and debuted in this story as one of the main antagonists. Cthulhu joined forces with Father Dagon and Mother Hydra. He killed the Hispanic Man and stole the diamond. He was sent to steal all the legendary Items, so they can rule the Multi-Universe. Cthulhu killed all the Namek monks and took Dragon Balls. While Pandora unleashed the evils for her children, The Mystic Apostles came to save our heroes from being cooked by Cthulhu himself. Father Dagon and Mother Hydra was thrown down to Tartarus. Cthulhu attempt to escape but failed when Mystic Apostles sealed him away for good.
Trouble in London[]
He was set free from Tartarus by Dorian Gray, who stole The Shadow Crystal from Cosmic Empire. Cthulhu was grateful to him and decides to aid Dorian as his brute. He was planning to bring other Elder Beings to his side including, Father Dagon and Mother Hydra.
