Cronk was an old robot from the Ratchet and Clank series. He made his first appearance in Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction along with his partner, Zephyr as well as Talwyn Apogee. All 3 of them lived in the Apogee Space Station, bullt by Talwyn's father, Max Apogee until Ratchet and Clank arrived on their space station in search of the Lombax Secret. He and Zephyr tried to protect the station from the duo as they broke in but they were able to reach them. After finding out about Ratchet being a Lombax, the 3 of them lowered their defenses and began trusting the duo. After the duo found out that the Lombax Secret wasn't in their possession but rather a clue that it used to house, they continued on their journey upon finding out what happened to the clue.
He and Zephyr never made an appearance in A Crack in Time, but their voices were heard during the credits.
They became helpful again in All 4 One, assisting Ratchet, Clank, Qwark and Dr. Nefarious (believe it or not) when the 4 of them were taken to a planet known as Magnus.
They made another appearance in Into the Nexus where they, Ratchet, Clank and Talwyn joined the Polaris Defense Force. They were on a transport ship, transporting Ventra Prox to Vartax Detention Center but were invaded by her brother, Neftin and Thug-4-Less. They boarded the ship, broke out Ventra and blew up the ship in an attempt to kill Ratchet, Clank, Cronk and Zephyr. Ratchet and Clank were able to escape but Cronk died along with Zephyr in the explosion. Ratchet and Clank spent the rest of the game avenging their deaths. Cronk and Zephyr appeared in the game again as ghosts near their display at the Intergalactic Museum of History in Meridian City.
Cronk and Zephyr, although having known and fought together for many years, would often bicker with one another and get one each other's nerves too often, even in death, they would still have their funny banters.
Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles[]
He made his first appearance in the story with Zephyr and Talwyn in the same place that in the game as well as play the same roles. However, their roles after the fourth book was significantly different from the game. The duo continue to support ally themselves with Ratchet and his friends. They have aided in tackling all sorts of problems with the Polaris Galaxy. They have also shown to be very supportive towards Ratchet and Kim's relationships.
