Commander Jabsco is the cowardly leader of The Talon Merc Company group. Jabsco like his Talon Company Mercs are mercenary soldiers dedicated to working for anarchists that wish to make the capital wasteland lawless by eliminating all potential law enforcement threats that threaten to make civilization be filled with a world of law and order.
The Darken Gathering[]
Commander Jabsco and his Talon Company Mercs were hired by Darkonda to help disorganize the Multi-Universe's laws by having the team help the Darken Gathering group. Jabsco was appointed as a major member of the Darken Gathering since he will be not only leading the Talcon Merc Company, but also a few members of the Darken Gathering under his military leadership.
