Colonel Kubritz is the secondary antagonist of 3Below, the second instalment in the Tales of Arcadia franchise.
She is the corrupt Commanding Officer of Area 49-B, a top-secret government facility that hunted for aliens on Earth. She is also the former boss of Sergeant Costas, who became worried about her alliance with General Morando.

Episode 13[]
She is hired by Midas to go to Russia and proceed with chasing The heroes knowing That Team Rocket is there is enough for Midas to realize Lincoln and Lydia are after him too. Who are likely going after him for what they think he did to their parents. She had an encounter with Aja, Pepperjack, Toby and Steve who she failed to catch for them, though she is a determinator if anything.
Episode 14[]
Kubritz continues to puruse Lincoln, Lydia and the others throughout their attempts to get the rest of the shadow pokemon. When the group does return after catching Johto Pokemon, she finally manages to arrest the team with the rest of the cops and place them in a confinary.
Her intentions is to see what the potential of Pokemon is and to experiment and dissect the Tarrons once again. At some point, she also got a hand on Vex as well.
Episode 15[]
Kubritz oversees the operation commited on the Pokeballs and intends to disect Aja, Krel and Vex as per her alien agendas. Though she is halted by Black Noir and Carmen/Juni who cause to fight them in a struggle as she wants this stuff for herself. Upon their escape, Midas has her go to deal with Bender where Kubritz tries to get a hand on his blue prints to make her own reinforcements to protect the unvierse and also has to deal with Slade and the others as well, Joined by El Mar Verde, Kubritz causes a delay to the heroes' time table enough for them to have to return to the original location later
Episode 16[]
Kubritz gets into more conflicts with her enemies intending to capture Solider Boy first and then tries to deal with Lydia, Lincoln and the Arrikadons showing more determination with the latter
Episode 17[]
Kubritz continues her conflict with Aja and the Arrikadons when they learn about the Payback Causalities from Noir and Stan Edgar
Episode 18[]
The Colonel takes one last conflict and stand against the heroes and tries to dissect the aliens once and for all with Officer Tenpenny, though she is foiled and arrested for her actions through Carmen and Juni using their spy affiliations to do something after enough patience with this.

Episode 24[]
Kurbitz is visited by as it turns to be The Smoking Man who is the one Kurbitz had been in contact with as he had Mulder and Scully send to her as they getting to close to CSM and his operation regarding aliens. Kurbitz is killed by The Smoking Man for failing to contain The agents and now they have returned to this side of the multiverse that he managed to return into for reasons he doesn't know.
