Razor - real name Clarence Callahan - is a villain hailing from the Need for Speed Universe.
He is played by Derek Hamilton.
He is a street racer that plays dirty pretty much all the time. He even goes as far as sabotaging the main character's BMW M3 GTR by unscrewing the oil sump, causing the car's engine to cease mid race. Razor then emerged a the victor and takes the M3's Pinkslip for himself, which leads the main character to be arrested by Cross. While the player was incarcerated, Razor used the M3 GTR to rise from #15 to #1 on Rockport PD's Blacklist.
Basically Razor gives the terms backstabber, punk, and asshole a new meaning.
