Cisco Ramon is one of the main protagonists of the first seven seasons of The Flash and has made appearances such as Arrow, Supergirl, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow. He is the best friend of Caitlin Snow and Barry Allen, a former employee in S.T.A.R. Labs and the creator of the original Flash suit. Check is also formerly known as the vigilante Vibe, who can "vibrate" the multiverse and see things in the past, present and future, as well as inter-dimensional projection.
