The Chum Bucket Mind Controlling Helmets, as its name suggests, are person-mind controlling devices from the SpongeBob Squarepants universe.
In the first movie, Plankton, having stolen the Krabby Patty Secret Formula and ran the Krusty Krab out of business, gave these away with every Krabby Patty purchase.
They appear as typical buckets with the initials C and B on them. The mind control function begins after a customer disagreement.
Once activated, they make everyone in its possession act like robotic-like servants, all speaking in monotone, chanting "All hail Plankton". Once removed, there's a huge state of mind change.
