Chloé Bourgeois is Marinette's rival and a student at Collège Françoise Dupont. Her dad, André Bourgeois, is the mayor of Paris. Chloé is spoiled, pretentious, and superficial. She does everything she can to crush and humiliate the other students, especially Marinette. She thinks highly of herself and lowly of others, thinking she deserves everything and taking pride in her popular, rich lifestyle. If there is something that she wants, like Adrien's attention or revenge against Marinette, she will do anything, including underhanded actions, to succeed. She steals Marinette's derby hat design in order to humiliate her and impress Adrien and Gabriel Agreste in "Mr. Pigeon", and she threatens Mr. Damocles to punish Alya by calling her father in "Lady Wifi". Her sour attitude comes across openly to whatever and whoever she despises, but she will sometimes pretend to be innocent and emotional to manipulate others, from her father to Adrien. She rarely treats any of her peers respectfully, and she is bossy and overbearing to her only friend, Sabrina.
While being awful and careless to anyone but herself, Chloé is easily scared at danger, often by akumatized villains. Having helped caused some people to be akumatized, Chloé, to her horror and confusion, finds herself their victim for revenge. Despite some of the villains calling her out for her nasty behavior, Chloé disagrees with them, believing she is good. She remains awful most of the time, but occasionally, she shows a bit more kindness, sometimes expressing happiness about Ladybug saving her.

Chapter 2: Past, Present and Future Unite[]
Chloe bullies Lizbeth and deals with Ren who think the former is a geek and what she heard about her. Considering she was against The great Hero of VoughtWhile she harrasses her over time, Lizbeth does her darnest to ignore her and the others don't either. She does get a beaten from Lizbeth upon being having a sensitive button being pushed.
She is also dressed down by Betty for this as well as Betty kept her eye on Lizbeth
Chloe notices Lizbeth, Betty and Ren sneaking out and tries to snitch them out to the police for breaking curfew out of revenge towards Lizbeth and Betty respectively for being shown up by her.
At the end of the chapter, she seems to have some level of respect for Cassie while still being dismissive of the others and bullying Lizbeth. She praises that Cassie was able to stop the Winter Solider protocol and that she suggests a nick name for Cassie in Stature. She still bullies Lizbeth though and sees her as some weirdo who got lucky associating with the hero of the day which Lizbeth shows visible annoyance with.
Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
She continues to bully Lizbeth out of disblief that Cassie would associate with her, or that The Rogers or Carter Woman would adopt her. Despite this she is friendler to Cassie and encourages her when seeing all the numbers she got not to waste them and that she should get used to this
After being a spoiled brat towards the people under her she goes to relax. She then meets and crosses path with Dib, Bubbles, Milo, Blossom, Buttercup, DW, Edd, Nina, Boomer, Skipper, Starfire, Heloise and Dexter who are needing some help. Though reluctant, she decides to help them deal with their situation to find a way back to their timeline. When questioned she says it's Summer, she can be allowed to do this without anyone knowing.
She leads M.O.D.A.B to Mcgree as Cassie told her about the Commander and manages to get his help to hep them. Mcgree suspects why she would want to help and Chloe says "It's Summer",
Chloe is nearly attacked by Skullface and his assassins and she puts herself in front of the more non action heroes. After Mcgree's house is destroyed, they head out and this is when Solider Boy shows up to deal with them. She is not wiilling to deal with his guy, as for all the heck she gave Lizbeth, she does believe Lizbeth that Solider Boy is crazy.
Chloe with McBragg figures out how to get the heroes back to their time back to their time after the struggle, She tells the crew that Mcbragg will take it from here as she has no idea how to deal with Payback 2.0. She states that she actually needs some hospital time as she was injured in one of the fights.
Chapter 4[]
Chloe is seen returning to school where she questions Cassie's friendship with Lizbeth as Cassie is one of the cool kids and the latter is a loser. Cassie explains her reasons and the two discuss those numbers she got at the end. Where even though Chloe wants to be call Cassie on being picky, she shows understanding and patience that no guy could get a girl like Cassie. Chloe states to Cassie that she'll try to find a perfect guy for her as she leaves.
Chloe pulls a prank on Lizbeth afterwards to mock her for being so native and trusting.
Chapter 6: The Arrival of Earth X[]
Chloe comes back to school, still the way she is, though Lizbeth now having become Eliza Papilllon isn't taking it anymore and stands up to her constantly for bullying others. Eliza then gets Chloe kicked out of school by exposing her dirty laundry
Chloe wants revenge on her, and is approached by The New Reichmen for an offer to make her stronger and more capable of dealing with Eliza. She learns they tried to recruit Eliza on account of her matching the ideal type of warrior they want. Chloe matches the hair and eye color too and is asked if she is narrow, which she is though she isn't a fighter but They decide to turn her into a true fighter to get back at her
Chloe accepts this and is transformed by Simon Bar Sinister into Ant Bug, Queen Wasp, Miracle Queen, Queen Banana, Penalty and Queen Mayor as a way to deal with Eliza Papillon. She accepts this and joins Dark Arrow in his attacks and plans regarding the Mutliverse.
Now with all of her powers, she uses them to take control of things and informs the villains to capture The Time Travelvers and she faces off with the others. She fights Eliza multiple times intend to kill her now that she has become powerful, Though Chloe has become much stronger thanks to her empowering, Eliza still defeats her with her superior Skill
This all eventually cumitlutivates in the showdown in Los Angeles for the Tesseract she has with the heroes where she fights Eliza one last time and upon her final defeat. Eliza admits she's Lizbeth to her and Chloe gives a amused look that Lizbeth joined the light side after all and states she didn't know she had the guys to. Chloe has been angered with Eliza because of her being closer to Cassie than she ever will and wants to be with Mrs. Lang. Eliza points out that if she was here, she would be against what Chloe became, a living akuma to spite her best friend and helping The Nazis.
Chloe was unaware they were nazis, and Eliza points out if she wants to make Cassie proud then fight for them and stop them. Chloe wants to kill Eliza, but decides to follow her advice and take on the New Reich.
Though vailiant she is killed by Dark Arrow who points out her ungratefulness for the power she was offered.
