
The Chief-of-Police is a major antagonist in the 2023 musical fantasy film Wonka, which serves as a prequel to Roald Dahl's 1964 classic novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and a "companion piece" to the 1971 musical fantasy film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.
He is a corrupted police chief that is affiliated with The Chocolate Cartel, who always bribe him, so he doesn't investigate their crimes. By the time of the film's events, the Chief-of-Police is tasked by Arthur Slugworth, Gerald Prodnose and Felix Fickelgruber to get rid of Willy Wonka, paying him with loads of chocolate.

Act 1[]
Episode 1[]
Chief-of-Police is one of the police officers on The Cartel's payroll, specifically he answers to Don Bolsa due to the latter's high connection to cops. He and his fellow police officers manage to find out and report to Bolsa and later Eladio that their enemies Bender, Luan, Slade, Anti Cosmo and their allies have crossed the border into China Town due to what he and them observe them enter town.
Episode 2[]
He and Hardley are placed in charge of detaining Captain Hero by Bolsa to get revenge on him for betraying the Cartel as well as Nacho Varga. Thanks to a decapitated head stuffed with a bunch of explosives on a turtle, The two cops manage to arrest Captain Hero using the whole bombs going off in public areas law as an excuse to do and using it as a way to keep Slade or Bender from trying to kill them or attack them.
Episode 3[]
He brings in the Captain and reports to Warden Norton before happily gloating they have a cell spefically made For Captain Hero. Later he and Hadley bring Captain Hero to the experimentation room for Dr.John Orm and others. He guards the door so no one has to deal with stopping the sessions. He takes time to taunt Hero afterwards for being a weasel afterwards.
He pays a little for his actions as Nacho tricks him with Luci and The Space Bandits and locks him up. When Norton releases him, he unlike Hadley doesn't own up and blames Hadley for allowing the group to trick him.
Episode 4[]
Chief of Police and Hadley are intend to try and find Nacho Varga to get him to lure Captain Hero out for the two's betrayal He keeps his eye on the heroes destroying what Midas has set to acquire for the cartel. Unlike Hadley, he goes on his fellow officer Affable for telling him to go prioritze other crimes as the machines are dangerous and Chief of Police is so intent to capture and arrest the heroes not just on Captain Hero but the others as well.
He and Hadley then bring in Deathstroke's associates by arresting Guzma and Merlyn throwing the two away in jail. Chief of Police even decides to bring in Pablo Esacbar on Midas's orders to put the screws on the president.
Episode 5[]
He is brought with the cops to Milton so they can investigate and deal with the heroes looking into his icilit illegal operations which he uses his business to cover as Midas is aware of the exposure plans of the heroes and knowing lawsuits can't fix everything as advised by Tom Hagen.
Episode 6[]
Chief of Police teams up with Yates to arrest Zix and his allies as they are beginning to investigate the water actions Midas and Pi-Pi are scheming and keep them chained. He does make the mistake of not checking up on them and decides to head to Royal woods to go after Luan, Dee Dee and Morgana.
He is intent to keep them from finding the truth or in the case of Luan trying to get Bender for not backing off against Milton MIdas. Luan and Dee Dee address that he can't arrest kids, Chief of Police says he knows the law here not them and tries anyway. Luan manages to avoid them by pranking them with Dee Dee while making their getaway from them as she slashed the cops's tires. Returning back to base, Dee Dee addresses her allies about what she discovered with the farm land in Royal Woods and how it was rendered unviable by the drought here stating the climate change being why.
Chief of Police though is able to detain a protest against Midas and stops Wendy, Morgana and Stan from continuing by working with Yates to kidnap the water commissioner who turned on them to tell the group the truth.
Act 2[]
Episode 7[]
Like the other cops, he is on duty regarding Guzma and Malcolm and is distracted when Captain Hero causes a ruckus and comes face to face with the others. He is easily dispatched with and once freed he childs Officer Affable like Warden Norton on this not pleased with him turning a blind eye. So he decides to put a search find on the group as Midas suspects rightfully though without prove that they caused a break in.
Episode 8[]
Chief of Police and his fellow cops go on the hunt for Luan, Hero, Harry and Celes for illegal actions which causes the 4 to go undercover. The cops are able to find the heroes and try to bring them in, though they escape which he is contend to seeing how Pablo and Jack Horner could try to kill them themselves.
Episode 9[]
Under Midas, he is able to secure what they need for the next part of Midas's plans to force the remaining farmers off their land as well as Morgan as well building the case to arrest both Slade and Bender who Norton wants dealt with for being blackmailed.
Episode 11[]
Midas annoyed by the lack of efficency of the police decides to have Byron and Officer Affable bring in Yates and The Chief of Police in so he can terminate their contacts with him. The two officers bring the other two to Midas as Warden Norton, Frank Underwood and Doug Stamper decides to keep his eyes on the heroes at the auction.
Bringing in Yates and Chief of Police, Anton kills the Chief for failing Midas and Eladio
