"A Killing Bird Old Man"
Charlie F Muntz is a Character and a Villain from Up.
Charlie is one of the Evilest Disney's Pixar Villains of the Multiuniverse, Killing a Bird, Kidnapping a Kid,and trying to kill a Old Man.
Charlie joins Beezleboss as a Fifth In Command, with his Dogs.
Description[]
He is an explorer who is obsessed with finding the beast of Paradise Falls ever since he was accused of fabricating its skeleton by the National Explorer's Society and stripped of his membership. He then vows to find the bird and catch it to prove its existence. He travels in a dirigible called the Spirit of Adventure, and has many canine minions who wear collars that allow them to speak.
When the heroes of the story Carl and Russell meet him years after he departed to capture the beast of Paradise Falls, they find he has gone insane over the years and is now quite paranoid, killing innocent people he thought were going to steal the bird. Soon, with Kevin, a light appears and Muntz tells his dogs to get him and Kevin got captured by him. In the final battle, Carl was fighting him with his cane and Muntz uses a sword, nearly killing Carl.
Eventually the blimp is turned sideways, saving Carl. Carl and Russell trick Muntz into following them into the house floating next to the blimp. Before Carl and Russell can escape in the house with the bird, Muntz retrieves a lever-action rifle and begins firing at the two. Muntz gets the upper hand until Carl tricks him into going into the house, which Carl promptly sends floating away after having Russell and Kevin escape back onto the Spirit of Adventure.
When Muntz realizes that he has been duped, he leaps out of the window in an attempt to get back to his airship, but his foot gets tangled up in some balloon strings. Several of the strings snap, sending a screaming Muntz plummeting thousands of feet below to his death.

Chapter 1[]
Muntz arrives with intent to help Becker kill the heroes and he brings his dogs with him against all the groups respectfully. Muntz has his dogs attack them as well and decides to sic them to track the heroes respectfully to get the map back before he gets his blimp to follow them.
Chapter 2[]
Muntz is keeping an eye on his dogs as he can tell they are not to far behind Bender and his crew Muntz's Dogs with Hero and Nacho come to Becker and inform him that they found Bender and his crew
He with Nacho leads the others to the crew The Next Morning he and the others fight with Bender, Luan, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harry, Wile E, Bean, Elfo, Luci and King Zog and the insuring fight results in Becker getting most of the map.
Not willing to takes any chances, Becker sends his goons after both groups to hinder their own chances.
Chapter 3[]
Muntz learns his dogs found the heroes as well as Hero and he heads to deal with him and joins La Sombra in this. they go to the sea and attack the heroes respectfully, with the help of his dogs, he decides to fight Slade respectfully , While a formidable foe, he is put down by Slade and before Slade captures Muntz, La Sombra stops this and sinks the ship by attacking Luan with the intent to sink the ship
Muntz reports the situation to Becker respectfully
Chapter 4[]
Muntz, La Sombra and Hero return with the intel on both groups to Becker as like the cops, he had his dogs follow Bean and her friends. .Muntz offers the cartel a way to travel with his blimp, and he has to take Vizioso with him due to his weight
Muntz arrives with the others to go after Wile E, Harry, Anti Cosmo, Slade, Luan and Bender. Having nearly gotten killed by Slade in their last encounter. Anti Cosmo and Slade decide not to mess around this time and kill Muntz during their face off for the map
