Cemetery Wind was a secret black operations and diversion unit of the Great New Empire created by Hondao.This organization helps the Empire, it hunts for military technologies and weapons of mass destruction. Also, the "wind" arranges military coups in order to replace the governments of countries in favor of the Empire.

Organization is called from the network of organizations and from the universe of transformers.
