The Cave Dweller is a species of hostile predatory creatures that appear in the Cave Dweller Minecraft Mod, alongside it's "evolved version". In LOTM, Cave Dwellers are rare predatory animals that appear in the caves of the Overworld, having no natural predators. They stalk their victim for a while until they eventually begin chasing once said victim is in a spot with very few escape routes. These creatures are incredibly aggressive, being known to even prey on Endermen.

- Most of the Cave Dweller specimens in LOTM belong to the species A. Stridens, also known as the Greater or "Evolved" Cave Dweller, but they are often misidentified as te Common Cave Dweller or A. Gracilis, both in this series and in general.
