True Villains

A True Villain is a antagonist who is the true villain of the film, comic book, television show, or book. It could a villain that was revealed to be the antagonist towards either the end or during the course of the film. A villain who was promoted or believed to be a hero, but eventfully was revealed as evil.

• Galvatron is the main bad guy in Legends of the Multi Universe (menslady's story) (This may not be a straight example as it becomes very obvious he's the villain earlier on than usual.)
