Mobsters

Mobsters are, as the name implies, villains introduced in criminal organizations; they can be of foreign or native-country origins. Unlike Gangs, Mobsters are usually more resourceful and tend to be in a much higher social class (obviously benefiting from activities such as drug trafficking, smuggling, etc.) and are more organized and skilled in planning crimes.

Many of them have certain contacts with important people such as politicians and are usually very difficult to arrest because of the power many have through these factors.
