Guilty Pleasure

The most hated people, places or things that certain people like or just Never Cared About It At All. Other rule for adding the category for that character it's a person so bad the hate on them is shared commonly in the majority. Third rule some hated characters can't be added on there as they need to be proven they're more hated than they are by that person who hates them to avoid bias. Part of the third rule if they are liked more than they are hated then they cannot be on this list. That includes excluding hated characters off this category list by the high amount of popularity power they receive.
